I have always liked Atour's bedding and was very satisfied with Atour in many cities. This time I brought my family to Weihai for a trip and chose Atour without hesitation. The result was really speechless.
The hotel's hygiene was really bad. The toilet paper holder was full of dust, and the sheets were full of unknown hair and dirt. There were even unknown objects on the towels on the sink, and the pillowcases were obviously dirty. It was really disgusting. I couldn't sleep at night because I stayed at Atour in Jinan the day before. My mother even asked if this was really the same hotel brand. How could the difference be so serious?
The renovation started at 8 o'clock the next morning. Fortunately, we planned to get up early, otherwise we really couldn't sleep well.
