Sehr schöne und modern eingerichtete Zimmer in rustikalem Ambiente. Sehr gutes Frühstück mit großer Auswahl. Wass wir hervorheben sind zum erstenmal in einem Hotel die Brötchen Semmeln. frisch und knusprig. Sehr nettes und freundliches Personal die auch sofort reagiert haben bei 2 aufkommenden Problemen. Dusche und Frühstückstisch.

We stayed for three days one of their larger suites.Living room downstairs and the bedroom upstairs! Kept window open at 43 degrees,because sound of river and the fresh air was so good,I couldn't get enough of it ! Great people,very helpful! Breakfast bar average,but if you can't find it,all you have to do,just ask for it! Doesn't matter if the waiter couldn't speak English! With the sign language we communicate much better,than some of the restaurant waiters back in state! Small village,not much to do but scenery and the museum right attached to the hotel is magnificent! Pretty quite,hardly any cars on the street!No dogs or cats!! Plenty of chickens,roosters,cows lambs and horses!

The historic hotel impresses with its charm, style and grandeur. Located in the old city centre, it offers free parking and clean room. Mrs Fischer at the reception was friendly, efficient, welcoming and made me feel at home immediately. The food is the restaurant is nothing extraordinary but the staff is well trained, polite and the price very fair. Beautiful views over the city, big rooms with large bathrooms too. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Beautiful castle ambience, extremely friendly and courteous staff. The room was large and bright. It was clean. The air conditioning worked perfectly. There are free parking spaces directly in the courtyard! I can't comment on the breakfast as I didn't use it. The restaurant is a bit unloving...but the food was good. All in all, I would recommend it!

Zeer mooi hotel met prachtig uitzicht. Gelegen midden in het centrum en je waant je echt even royal. Goede faciliteiten. Kamer was geweldig en heel schoon. Personeel heel vriendelijk en ontbijt zeer verzorgd. Een aanrader! We gaan zeker nog een keer terug.

Wij hebben dit Schloss hotel geboekt vanwege de Wellness faciliteiten op hun website. We hebben voor 3 dagen een goede wat duurdere gerenoveerde kamer geboekt met airconditioning in dit historische kasteel aan het water, so far so good. En de eerste dag zijn we na het eten op zoek gegaan naar de Welness. Wat wij gevonden hebben is een houten hokje 2x2 meter waarvan het lichte hout zwart is op de plekken waar iedereen het aanraakt. Alles wat je bekijkt is smerig en versleten. Het is met deze afmetingen geschikt voor een één gezinswoning maar niet voor een hotel met 10tallen kamers. Maar het gaat nog verder, een verdieping lager via een nauwe spiraal trap kom je in het souterrain en daar is het overweldigende zwembad, maar liefst 3 x8 m groot. De kleine ruimte heeft geen ventilatie en de lucht prik in je ogen van de Chloor. Maar we hebben ervoor betaald en we willen een baantje trekken, die behoefte hield op nadat mijnvoet contact gemaakt had met het Wellness zwembad, het is onaangenaam koud. Dit hele hotel heeft geen idee wat Wellness betekent. Uiteraard hebben wij tijdens het verblijf de receptie en de directie aangesproken. De receptie mocht niets zeggen en de directie was afwezig. Maar ondanks het uitblijven van een reactie op onze klacht hebben wij volgehouden. Bij de 5e herinnering heeft dan eindelijk directeur Malte Malasse gereageerd. Niet inhoudelijk, ook niet gelezen wat wij geschreven hebben, maar in ieder geval valt het hotel niets te verwijten. Kortom, wij zijn gek. Dank u vaar de professionele opstelling heer Malasse.
