五號晚上入住，我們訂的大床房，給我們開的電競房，一進門床邊全是煙頭燙的這種痕跡，我們下去要求換房，我們在不知情的時候去四樓，走廊一片漆黑，給我們的換的是一間走廊盡頭的婚房，一片漆黑的情況下轉頭是個大喜字，把我們嚇了一跳，我們實在不敢住這樣的房間，衹能又下去找她給我們換房，她又讓我們上十樓看房，讓一個保潔帶我們看房，我們問那個保潔問什麼給我們換婚房，她説她知道那是婚房，為什麼不能住，大概是這樣的意思，讓我們不要問了，看房就行了，最後讓我們摸着黑等了十來分鐘才給我們把房卡送上來，全程沒有任何人給我們道歉，非常差的一次體驗。

最近出行，我選擇入住恆昌歡朋酒店（信達廣場店）。這次入住體驗，有讓我十分滿意的地方，也存在一些有待改進之處，在此和大家分享一下。
踏入房間，整體給我的第一印象相當不錯。房間佈置温馨，裝飾簡約又不失格調，設施擺放規整有序，處處透露着舒適感。酒店還提供接站服務，這對初來乍到的旅客來説，實在是太貼心了！不僅免去了尋找交通工具的麻煩，還讓人從一開始就感受到酒店的熱情與周到，必須點贊！
酒店的地理位置堪稱絕佳，處於市中心，周邊的生活便利性極高。距離信達廣場和宏帆廣場都特別近，步行就能輕鬆抵達。無論是購物、用餐還是休閑娛樂，都能輕鬆滿足，為我的出行提供了極大的便利。另外，酒店還提供自助早餐，種類豐富多樣，從營養豐富的熱菜、包子，到温暖可口的豆漿，應有盡有，完全能滿足不同人的口味需求，為美好的一天開啟活力滿滿的序幕 ，這一點也讓我十分驚喜。綜合各方面來看，我感覺這次入住的體驗超過了這個價位應有的標準，性價比挺高。
不過，體驗過程中也發現了一些不足之處，當然，這純屬我個人的主觀感受，絕無惡意。房間的窗户較小，導致室內光線不足，白天也顯得有些昏暗，多少影響了心情。而且房間內衹有氛圍燈，沒有設定主燈，對於習慣明亮光線的人來説，多少有些不便。另外，房間內的插座和燈光開關分佈不太合理。衹有靠近衞生間一側的床才有屋內所有燈光的開關和插孔，而另一側卻什麼都沒有，晚上想給手機充電或者開關燈都得繞到另一側，很是麻煩。電視配備的遙控衹有機頂盒遙控，想要使用投屏功能，我還得用手機紅外線匹配電視遙控才行，這也算是個小小的困擾。
總的來説，恆昌歡朋酒店（信達廣場店）優點突出，無論是服務、早餐，還是地理位置都可圈可點，但也存在一些細節問題需要完善。希望酒店能夠重視這些問題並加以改進，相信未來一定會給旅客帶來更優質的入住體驗。

房間設施齊全，打掃乾淨，緊鄰一馬路繁華街，附近就是信達廣場和恆基商業中心，購物美食都很方便。就是整體上不是很新了，地毯有點黑，用的是投影儀，畫面不清晰，看起來傷眼睛。電話竟然打不通，衹能用自己的手機和前台聯繫，這個很離譜！還有更離譜的。晚上有人叫出去了，第二天早上開門竟然有人住進去了，幸虧沒啥東西在裏面，和前台説了半天，另外開了個標間，很生氣，但習慣好評，奉行大家出門在外都不容易的原則，就不打差評了，希望商家能加強管理，生意興隆！

酒店有接站服務，把我從火車站接到了酒店，司機師傅人很好熱情，和朋友訂了個雙標住着很舒服，晚上酒店很安靜不會影響注意，中午和朋友們在包間吃了頓飯，裝的很豪華新裝修的，味道也是大大的好，強烈推薦
