Incredible hotel with exceptional services. Sparking cleaned with great amenities. The hotel is so big that one may get lost within it. Mr. Wang at the front desk was so kind that he offered to drive us around the hotel's ground in the hotel red cable car. The room itself is big. Breakfast had variety Chinese and Western foods. The Hotspring experience was amazing. Hotel location is isolated however, it's 5-6 minutes walkable to the Huashan Tourist Center and few restaurants are 6-10 minutes walk from the hotel.

The viewing room booked online, the room is large, there is a small balcony, you can see the night view of the overpass outside, very beautiful, the two beautiful women at the front desk at the check-in service is very good, take me to visit the room upstairs and the soup house, and also very patiently introduce the hotel project. Very 👍🏻. I wanted to soak in the hot springs, but I came late. I finally booked a single room. After I left the room the next day, I went to the scenic spot and turned around. The scenic spot was also oversized. I felt that I couldn't finish it all day. . . Be sure to come to the hot spring early next time. 😀

very satisfied. The B&B is very new. There is a yard on the first floor, where you can dry your clothes after washing. There is a terrace on the third floor where you can see Huashan. There are 3 rooms on the second floor where I live, 1 standard room with an independent bathroom, and two double beds are a large bathroom in the common hall. I didn't find it inconvenient. The bed is just right, not too soft, and the air-conditioned quilt is very soft and comfortable. Every day I see the boss cleaning, washing the quilts, and then drying them in the sun in the yard, and I feel very clean. The homestay is very close to Huashan North Station, and the boss will also pick up the station for free. It only takes a few minutes to walk to Xiyue Temple, and it only takes a few minutes to eat on the street. The prices in Huayin are really cheap. The experience is really good, and the boss is very enthusiastic. I wish the boss a prosperous business!

LLydiainchinaService from the heart. From picking us up from the train station, to helping us to sort out tickets for huashan; and also to even sending us to the tourist centre, to board the bus to transport us up the mountain. Best to ask them which route to take up the mountain, as they would be able to advise, based on how much of a climb you want. With their suggestion, we went by the easier West peak.
In short, they have made all efforts to make our stay so pleasant, and as much as possible, a seamless one, when it comes to arranging things.
They even had gone as far as sorting out transportation to Xi'an for us, and had even walked us through a few options.
We took the room with the king-sized bed with the balcony on the second floor, which gives a good view of the mountain. Picture enclosed is the lovely view we got to the right of the balcony.
The hotel is literally meters (a very short walk) from the first return stop, the mountain tour bus will make, on its return from the North Peak.
A family-run business, with people who are genuine.

GGuest UserThe experience was average. I had to hike up the mountain, so I decided not to check out and extend my stay that day. Breakfast was also eaten at the boss's house. The pick-up and drop-off was agreed on the website, but the boss said he was very busy and only delivered it in the morning. He didn't pick him up when he came down from Huashan. Fortunately, it was close. The service center is about 800 meters away. I was very tired after climbing the mountain for a day.

SSarahHotel is not near main *****, however close to the mountain entrance and couple of mins Didi ride. Hotel accepts foreigners however do not speak, but can communicate everything via WeChat English/ translation no problem. Hotel owner will go out of her way to help us. Driver is always happy to accomodate drop off and pick up and easily organise through WeChat. We spent 12hours on the mountain and the main reason for our stay. Thank you for welcoming Australians and we thank the driver and owner for being so welcoming despite the language barrier. We had noodles for dinner at the hotel which was very tasty!

Their kindness started since our first day staying with them. We arrived Huashan 9am in the morning, and we just needed to leave our luggages with them, then find some places to visit, but the owner showed her warm welcome by allowing us to check in our rooms.
She was also being sincere for the discounted huashan ticket price which save us alot. She also gave us a ride and dropped us at the entrance of Mt. Huashan. Once we finished the climbing, her car is ready to pick up us back to the hotel. What an impressive service we could ask for.
She will always make sure we had a delicious dinner while staying with her by recommending a nice restaurant, not a scam ones.
Communication was never be a problem withbthe ownere or any of her cousins as we use google translator to make it work.

The staff are extremely helpful, offering to give lifts to and from the station and mountain. The hotel itself has extremely comforting rooms, while providing great amenities like a swimming pool, pool table and even retro games machines. It has everything you would want.

GGuest UserI came to climb Huashan with my friends. I saw this hotel on Ctrip. The reviews were good. It said that the boss was a veteran. Since I am also a veteran, I entered this store without hesitation. I was not disappointed after staying there. The boss and his wife were very warm and generous. As soon as we got off the train, the boss called us. He said he was waiting for us at the entrance of the train station. He was always smiling. The boss would also pick us up and drop us off at the scenic spot. He also explained the Huashan strategy to us, helped us buy tickets, and gave us gloves and maps. In short, it was great. The room was also clean and hygienic, and the layout was very warm. There were roses on the bed. And the facilities were complete. We booked a quiet standard room, and the boss also upgraded the Guanshan standard room for free. You can see Huashan when you open the window. The food cooked by the boss's wife is also delicious, especially the bamboo shoots fried meat and local vegetable fried eggs are very delicious. In short, it was a very satisfactory stay. I wish my old comrade a prosperous business and good health.

GGuest UserOutstanding. I rarely give 5 star reviews, but here it is well justified. The location is perfect if you want to hike up the mountain, the gate is only a short walk from the hotel. I have to mention the staff who went out of their way to make my trip as pleasant as possible. They seriously went out of their way, and even brought me to the train station for free. The room was much bigger than I had expected, very modern and had all the amenities you could want for a trip like this. I can’t recommend this place enough and would certainly stay here again!

Than they called police, had some shouting involved and managed to register us. 1,5 hours wasted. Even next morning they wasted another hour with additional questions about our passports/ID cards.
About the hotel - good location, okayish rooms. Breakfast simple, but OK. Service quality-see above. The staff needs training how to register foreigners, as Hancheng is a good tourist location and these hotels will harm the potential development.

AAGood place. Staff was nice, food was good although expensive (very nice 牛肉面) and the location was perfect with a fantastic view. The room was basic but comfortable. You can get hot water from the reception and there's both a little restaurant and an outdoor food stall. Easy to find, I recommend taking the West Peak/西峰 cablecar on the way up.
Quiet surroundings and there's a heater to keep the room warm at night. Beds were clean, no problem with lack of cleaning.
The toilets smelled and there were no showers, but this was advertised in the general information already. Toilets are the same public toilets found everywhere on Hua Shan, they're not great but not terrible either.
The price is not cheap, but you pay for staying on top of the mountain far from everything, and the location is perfect for the sunrise.
I expected worse from the previous reviews, but this was more than fine.
I didn't eat the breakfast since there was a power outage (also happened at West Peak later that day, the price for being on a high mountain top I guess). The staff apologised and asked me to wait until the power came back, but I was eager to start hiking so just decided to skip it. You could still get food from the outside stall if needed.
