Not a 4 star hotel in terms of personel and room. Personel was not very friendly and not allways knowlegable about things to do in the area, e.g. restaurants. We booked a "Comfort" room with terrasse. Rather small with low corner area. Small balcony with 2 chairs. Room was not cleaned the day after arrival. When we asked for some kind of compensation, the answer we got was"those things can happen". Food in the bistrot and in the restaurant was very basic, no refined quisine which one would expect in a hotel of that level. Very large spa and swimming pool but open to the public and therefore very noisy.

We haven’t stayed since before the pandemic but it is still as good as always. Staff very helpful and pleasant, anything requested is installed in room on arrival. Had premium room with balcony this time, excellent. Food as usual very good. Have stayed in other hotels within 10k before but this is our favourite and must go to. Treat yourself and book a stay, you won’t be disappointed.

La chambre confort est tout juste, lit correct, belle salle de bain douche + WC. Ne pas prendre la vue sur le parking, demander la vue sur l'arrière vers le bois. L'écran de la TV est grand et il y a deux chaines en français. LN 24 et TV 5 monde. J'ai su brancher mon disque dur pour regarder + à la soirée. Le wifi est pas terrible, pas su regarder auvio. Piscine agréable avec accès par un escalier (pratique pour les mobilités réduites). SPA est sans textile, comme à de nombreux hôtels. Le salon et la salle à manger sont de style. Avec l'anglais on se débrouille, on ne parle pas (ou très peu) le français. Repas de qualité le soir (entrée froide ou soupe, plat au choix (viande ou poisson ou végétarien) vin en carafe de qualité à prix correct. Petit déjeuner avec sekt, bonne qualité et du choix. Signalez votre anniversaire et vous aurez une petite bouteille de sekt en chambre le jour en question. Accès au SPA voisin, si vous y consommez, vous devez payer sur place, on ne sait pas le mettre sur la fiche hôtel . Tour du Lac aisé pour les PMR. 3° séjour et ce ne sera pas le dernier.

Perfect verblijf gehad. Arrangement geboekt waarin ontbijt, diner en toegang tot Vitalis is inbegrepen. Zowel ontbijt als diner waren voortreffelijk. Dagelijks gebruik gemaakt van het zwembad en sauna's in Vitalis. In je badjas vanuit hotel via lift en badjasgang zo het zwembad in. Natte handdoeken en badjassen zijn dagelijks om te wisselen. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. In de omgeving zijn leuke uitstapjes te maken. Mooie wandelingen direct te starten vanuit hotel. Saarburg is een leuk stadje met vakwerkhuizen, waterval en burcht. Boomtoppenpad bij de Saarschleife. Saarpolygoon een prachtige uitkijktoren.

Heerlijk hotel met veel uitval mogelijkheden om te gaan wandelen. Het hotel is hygiënisch en het personeel super vriendelijk. Ontbijt is zeer ruim en uitgebreid en er ontbreekt niets. Avond eten is van goede kwaliteit en is er in de maanden juni, juli en augustus een grill buffet. Verder is er een a la carte menu en een bistro menu.

Wir hatten dieses Hotel gebucht wegen dem angeschlossenen Vitalis. Leider wurde mir am Samstagnachmittag von der Frau an der Kasse vom Vitalis mitgeteilt die Sauna sei überfüllt und Ich könnte nur ins Schwimmbad. In diesem Fall hätte Ich auch ein billigeres Hotel buchen können.

Het personeel krijgt van ons een dikke tien. Een uitgebreid ontbijt en een heerlijk diner a la carte. Kamer en sanitair helemaal goed en schoon, alleen het bed was voor ons te laag en te zacht. De wijn vonden wij duur maar wel lekker. Veel gebruik gemaakt van het zwembad en op de ligweide was genoeg ruimte maar te weinig stoelen/bedjes.
