Classic Hotel in the heart of lively Cuba Street. It offers a cosy spot to explore the lovely city center of Wellington :-)) - The rooms are small, but well equipped and nicely decorated. We got a space in the hotel parking lot, so we felt save to not get all staff out of our car during our long weekend stay.

Facilities: The room is very clean and the facilities are very new. There is also free ice water, coffee and juice at the front desk. You can pour ice water in your cup every time before going out. Hygiene: Super clean. Very cost-effective Environment: The surrounding area is very convenient. It is next to Cuba Street in the city center Service: The service is very good and every employee is very friendly

The hotel is right on Cuba Street, with many choices of food, very lively! The hotel has a strong sense of design, complete facilities, and is very convenient! The location of the hotel is also good, you can walk to the main attractions, parking is 35 New Zealand dollars a day, it's a good hotel!

It's very close to the ferry terminal, only 5 minutes drive away. There are many breakfast options. I ordered coffee and got latte art, which tasted pretty good. Although the hotel is a little old, it is well maintained. The beach nearby is nice to stroll around at night. The bar street is a bit messy, and there are many drunk people on the road, so be careful.

The room was clean and tidy and I was very satisfied with it. A small incident: when we booked a room through the Ctrip app by car, it showed free parking. When we checked in at the hotel, the front desk told us that we could only waive the parking fee by booking directly with the hotel. After Ctrip communicated with the hotel, the girl at the front desk confirmed that it was not necessary. After paying the parking fee and waiting to check out, I was reminded by my credit card that the parking fee was charged. I then communicated with Ctrip customer service and refunded the parking fee. Lobby, receptionist and resturant really good. The dinner is extremely well required. But the gym and pool is very small and the worst part is the bed is way too soft it gives me muscle and backache

First time stayed with this hotel, was a bit worried without air conditioning but turned out great. The staffs were friendly, hotel room was clean and spacious enough to fit 3 people. Will definitely consider staying again when I next visit Wellington.

The staff were very friendly, welcoming & very efficient. They took the time to go out of their way to make us comfortable. The lift & room was just a little bit older around the edges, but still very good! The bed was heavenly-soft & lovely, we just wish we'd had time to rest & relax more than one night in Wellington!

O M G. The staff are so lovely, the room was perfect for our overnight stay. The ladies at the front desk were super busy when we checked in but still managed a smile for everyone. The bussiness however meant that we weren't told about the charge for parking. We were happy to pay because secure overnight parking is hard to come by, but it was a surprise when the gentleman checking us out advised of it. (It does say about the charge on the back of the paper that goes in your car windscreen, however after being mucked around by our initial hotel, we were in too much of a rush to get sorted for the concert we were attending that we didn't even think to read it)
