stayed here two nights for an event at the Bath and Wells showground. Only a five minute walk into Wells which is a lovely place. Comfortable beds, althought the shower not very powerful or the free wifi. Must mention Louie who attended to us very friendly and proffessionaly with a smile on his face through out our stay, especially when it was very busy checking in. Pleased to say he is a fellow Man Utd supporter so we had a good chat about that. Also a big thank you to Harrison who was so friendly and helpful on both mornings at breakfast time

Forget the cosy tv adverts staring Lenny Henry with his King size hypno bed and fluffy pillows. We had a ramshackle run down room that was damp with ceiling tiles coming down, two single beds put together and an empty bed at the end of the room. We also had a bath that my disabled wife could not get into, and despite the staff knowing this was a special weekend for us they really couldn’t have cared less. Premier Inn should be ashamed that they offer guest this standard of accommodation and we lost over £70 on our booking. The last time we will ever stay with Premier Inn, a truly awful experience necessitating an early trip home.

Room was clean and well maintained during the stay the bed was comfortable and I chose a pillow wisely. There was plenty of brew kit and this could be replaced at reception. As I only stayed for less than 24 hours did not pay to park. Breakfast was adequate and all there to make a good feast. Nø issued during my stay.

Booked Premier Plus room, really comfortable bed, love the rain shower. Lots of room for luggage, comfortable seats & nice tv set up. Nespresso machine perfect, good size kettle. WiFi included a bonus. Great to have decent disabled parking, lift perfect to second floor. Had breakfast both days, nice selection of hot & continental food, very tasty. Dinner on the first night was lovely, the new burgers selection is very good. Thank you for a great stay. Look forward to coming back again.

It's a very quiet hotel. Its an easy ten to fifteen minute walk into town. Comfortable bed and good shower in Premier Plus room. The staff. Were very helpful. You pay £7 a day parking. I would definitely recommend staying here for visits to Wells and Glastonbury.

You know what you’re getting with a premier inn… it lost a star because the restaurant is small, we were asked not to sit on the tables but then they let some people sit on them with drinks which was a bit annoying. You also have to pay for the car park which should be free and come as part of the room fee

Stayed for one night whilst visiting Wookey Hole as a family of 4. Room was excellent value for money in a great location, a lovely 10 minute stroll into Wells. Check in was smooth, rooms clean and fresh and very quiet. Beds very comfy. Breakfast was also very nice, again great value with kids eating free. Chef was very good with the kids. Will definitely stay again and recommend for visiting Wookey Hole.
