A very pleasant experience right from the start, the ease through check in, comfortably maintained room temperature and clean environment, the property is extremely scenic, kudos 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼 to the chefs at the restaurants for personalising Muslim meals for me, the service staff is very warm and friendly extending a rich hospitality experience, I will definitely like to come again with my family to experience this Grand Porperty Hotel.

They contacted us in advance to arrange parking spaces and upgrade the room before we arrived. We arrived early and were able to check in early. This is the first hotel that is so easy to talk to after visiting so many places. The hotel is very clean, the bedding is great, the breakfast is especially good, and the room has a direct lake view after the upgrade, which is beautiful.
