Clean, comfortable rooms, friendly staff. Just when I went there, the elevator was broken again. Not bad to take the stairs to the 3rd floor. But for others, it's all good.

We stayed for several days with an extension. The hotel is clean, the rooms are cozy, the beds and pillows are very soft, it's nice to fall asleep. All rooms have a kettle and mugs, coffee, tea and sugar, toiletries.
On the downside - a very noisy air conditioner, and in the room you can hear the air conditioner from the next room. In general, poor soundproofing, which is good, now there are not so many people, but on the fifth floor you can hear the staff sitting and chatting below))
The room also has an excellent table and chair for work, hot water in the shower. Overall, I am very pleased and recommend!

First time, pretty good among hotels rates of 200. Fast service, not a few minutes before checking in. Food is okay. Clean. Recommended for those who want staycation but a little bag.

Warm welcome in this guesthouse. The staff is super friendly, help you as much as they can and always give you a hello and smile!
The room was clean, not too warm (air conditioning), amenities are available (soap for hands and body), bottle can be filled with water (filtered water).
Breakfast is simple but good (buffet) with coffee and tea available.

The first room is teiple bed and we have a problem with the room being too hot. But they move us to bigger room with better AC. Thanks

As already commented by other guests, the hotel is in dire need of major renovations. I'm sure it was a grand hotel in its heyday. What need to be changed in the rooms ? Well, just about everything; furniture, bed, bathroom tiles, sink (there are always little cockroaches running around in it), shower with no hot water even after I informed the staff, television, cupboard with musty smell.
The good thing about this hotel is its convenient location, and very professional and helpful staff.
I read many reviews about no air-conditioning, old bedsheets and towels. Fortunately, these had been addressed by the hotel when I stayed there. They had chiller problem which had been addressed, and bedsheets and towels replaced.
All in all, it was value for money.
