The first choice for traveling in Wenchang! The service team is really amazing. From check-in to check-out, the whole process is smiling. The front desk lady not only patiently answers questions, but also actively recommends surrounding attractions. The beautiful staff is beautiful and has a good attitude, which makes people feel super happy. The mattress and bedding are so comfortable that you don’t want to get out of bed. The quality of disposable supplies is superb. The location of the hotel is a 10-minute drive to Wennan Old Street. There are many bus stops around, which makes travel super convenient. The most considerate thing is that the free parking lot is spacious enough to park three cars. Staying for one night is just over 200 yuan. The facilities and services are completely worth the price. It is highly recommended to partners who pursue high cost performance!

A very standard old-fashioned hotel with complete functions and stable services. Very suitable for middle-aged and elderly friends to travel and live in nostalgia. There is a parking space behind the store for free. There is a Hainanese-style ”Hainan Dad's Morning Tea” nearby, which is more economical than Shenzhen and Guangzhou morning tea. Aijing International Hotel in Wenchang 2024/02/06-08 Front desk not really helpful. Just want you to go as it was the whole time ”OK, OK...” and ”I'll take you to your room”... But no help with luggage, nor an answer if the kitchen would have something for me to eat... I sent my list of allergies (gluten, dairy, egg, honey and soy) to the hotel's wechat the evening so that they could give it to the kitchen... First room: The fridge was not cold. Bathroom floor wet and entrance floor dirty 😰 The manager came and was friendly and helpful. He helped me with my luggage to another room 8505, which was larger. Here the fridge was also not really making cold and switched off when going out. They couldn't give an extra card for electricity. In the morning the manager showed me the different food at the buffet that I could eat, but I never received the pork etc, he promised the previous evening, for breakfast nor answered my message when I asked if I should wait for it... For breakfast I could eat the fruit and in a steam basket a piece of corn-on-the-cob, sweet potato, yam and taro. They also had corn flakes. Interesting they had 3 milk options: cow milk, soy milk and coconut milk... The second evening I spent an hour on Wechat with reception to find out if the kitchen could prepare something for me with my allergies - I did give it the previous evening.... Then I went for a walk on the beach... When I came back, they hadn't prepared the fish! The manager gave me a coconut with a straw to drink the juice... So I only wasted my time to find out if they could prepare something - I did give them my list in Chinese of what I cannot eat...😰 Luckily I always have some food with me... The fish tanks are outside the dining room so you can choose your fish fresh.... As in most places in China 😊 Swimming pool was empty. Good comfortable beds. Down duvets. Nice spacious room with little balcony, but balcony has a concrete wall, not glass to see through... From the premises you go directly onto the beach! Very nice quiet environment away from the crowds! After the fireworks at 21:00 the outside lights were switched off and then you only hear the sea... If you do not have transport, it is a bit far, but if you want to go and rest for a few days, away from crowds, then this is a good place 😎🤠🌻🏝️🏖️ Thete are charging facilities for electric cars... @

I brought my parents to Wenchang for a trip and booked a loft room in this hotel. The room is large and can accommodate four people. It has a bathroom and a balcony on both the upper and lower floors. It was very clean, the beds were neat and dry, and the living environment was very good. Ella added me on WeChat early in the morning and recommended nearby food, drinks and entertainment activities to me. She was very warm and thoughtful. The hotel is convenient to nearby attractions and has a good location. Very good stay experience.

I recently stayed at this wonderful hotel and had an exceptional experience. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and offered a stunning seaview that made our stay truly memorable. The reception staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially Bella, who provided us with detailed information about the local area and ensured we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. An exceptional highlight was when we accidentally left some belongings behind after checkout. Mindy went above and beyond to assist us. She took the initiative to post our items to our next hotel in a different city and even covered the cost herself. Overall, the staff were exceedingly helpful, and their outstanding service made our stay extraordinary. Highly recommended!

Fairly good location cos it’s centralized but anywhere in city you can always order food. Pls note there is no daily housekeeping. They only do the minimum eg clear ur bins, change towels and clean the toilets. The bed is unmade and the room itself (apart from toilet) is left as is. The aircon is also very difficult to control. The hotel also does not have a weighing machine for ur baggage. Apart from these we had a good stay as the room is big and has no smell.

The most unsatisfactory Jiji I have ever stayed at! The water in the basin is roaring like an old man who smokes all year round. The toilet flush sensor is too sensitive. The soundproofing of the room is very poor. The voices of other guests outside can be clearly heard, and the sound of dragging chairs upstairs can also be heard. I don’t know what material the quilt is made of. It makes a rustling sound. It makes a loud sound when I turn over at night. It is also very hot. If the air conditioner temperature is turned down, the sound from the air outlet will be super loud! The sensor light next to the bed was also too sensitive. The light came on when I lifted the quilt, which made me hardly sleep all night. The service at the front desk was not good either. I was arrogant the whole time.
