房間衞生很差，服務一般般，本來告知後説會去打掃，最後也沒有去，也沒主動告知，另外床單不僅有蟲，還有上一次別人睡的毛髮，不知道是否有換床品，住過最差的一次別墅

海石灘三號位置很棒，離海灘是最近的住宿了。沿大路到頭穿過鮑魚廠就到海灘了。看火箭發射絕佳位置。出門就有公交站，往北邊一站就是海石灘一號有超市夜市和飯店。小區環境非常漂亮，有樹有花還乾淨，房間乾淨，聯排複式，三室一廳，廳很大，三衞，樓上主卧帶衣帽間和大露台，次卧帶陽台，洗了衣服可以晾曬，好乾。有洗衣機和灶台，可惜沒有鍋碗瓢盆，我們自己買了一個大盆和勺子，一次性碗筷，看完火箭發射回來煮餛飩很棒，東西在超市都有賣，總之就是非常滿意。建議增加微坡爐和廚具，就更方便了。

自認為是看火箭發射的最佳位置，順着銅鼓嶺南路走到頭，一直往海邊走，這個沙灘有發射任務的時候不會有警察來戒嚴海灘，人少自由，在淇水灣和石頭公園之間，可以直接爬到大礁石上觀看，看完繼續趕海。海石灘三號獨棟民宿環境超好，房子很新，性價比高，三室都是大床，三個獨立衞生間。

房間有老鼠，且很久無人居住，床單上有蟲，家人睡了一夜之後被咬的身上都是包，不知道是什麼蟲，好幾天都沒有消，最後吃了葯才退。以後別墅房徹底不想住了！花錢與蟲鼠同住，心理與身體都是一場噩夢！

不推薦這家民宿，不乾淨，而且枕頭上爬着小蟲子，不知道多久沒換洗過了。浴室燈是壞的，洗臉盆水龍頭是活動的，沒有晾衣服的掛鈎和衣架。提供的鍋，餐具，刀具很久沒清洗過了。就不發照片了，免得嚇到大家。總知主人維護管理很不用心。

酒店雖然説是別墅，但是房型不好，跟隔壁人家是通的，也沒有紗窗，二樓有個房間開熱水就是完全不出水，因為有房間和客廳在一樓，屋裡會進螞蟻，連瓶水都不給，雖然説的有廚房，其實廚房裡麪什麼廚具都沒有，等於沒有廚房，説的洗衣機帶乾衣功能，其實並沒有，而且放洗衣液的水槽臟的很，擦了半小時都擦不乾淨，最後還是自己手洗的，三個房間，給一個吹風機，入住時看着還是比較乾淨的，但是連個掃帚都不給，把地弄臟了想掃個地都沒工具，最主要的是，小區旁邊沒有吃飯的地方，更鬱悶的是**和餓了麼都不送，**和餓了麼唯一要配送到小區的就是生日蛋糕。

説是別墅，房間裏連張凳子都沒有，洗手間也沒個架子，不管睡覺還是洗澡都沒地方放衣服。説提供廚房，裏面除了水槽就衹有一個燒水壺，沒有任何廚具。每個房間都不大，客廳也小，180估計是加了院子。説了提供礦泉水也沒有，甚至第二天上午直接停水了，問了半天才發現是水費用完了，雖然聯繫後給充值了，但耽誤了不少時間。沒提供清潔工具，想掃下地都沒辦法。洗衣機放洗滌劑的槽超級臟沒辦法用，烘乾功能更是子虛烏有。房東不提醒入住需要備案，走到門口被保安攔住折騰了半天…

要啥啥沒有，介紹裏的燒烤架也沒有，三米大床也沒有，最差的一次入住，蟲子非常多，不適合帶娃入住，衞生也不是很乾凈
