It is very close to Stone Park and you can go to the beach to watch rocket launches for free. The beauty who brought us in and the customer service were both good. The community is very new, but not many people live there. The hygiene is very poor. The doors, walls, and many other places are moldy. The glass on the stairs is broken. It is a bit dangerous to live with children, so the housekeeper helped us move to another room, but the hygiene is also very poor. There is video garbage packaging on the bed and cockroach feces under the pillow. In the middle of the night, they took the quilt cover for us to change ourselves, and found cockroaches on the bed. It was scary! !

小別墅很適合家庭出遊居住，小區環境好，房子很新，裏面的設施也很新，鍋碗瓢盆一應俱全，管家服務很到位。離石頭公園，銅鼓嶺，淇水灣，9文昌衞星發射中心，都很近，開車去東郊椰林和春光工廠都不遠，去文昌市區稍微遠一點，但是在龍樓鎮上也能吃到好吃的文昌雞羊肉火鍋老爸茶了。
不足：房間衞生間多增加點掛鈎，小區周邊配套差了點，住這適合自駕出行的遊人
