民宿觀景位置很好，由於我們衹住一天，晚上到，早上走，感覺衞生也不錯，客廳有暖氣，感覺沙發還能睡個人，有洗衣機、衣架，廚房也有冰箱、電飯鍋、鍋能做飯，這個價格我覺得挺合適，可以理解一些惡評，但民宿就是民宿，不能拿酒店的標準去衡量，總之，就觀禮而言，全家人都比較滿意！

房東服務很好，詢問關於趕海相關問題很熱情的回答。房間整體不錯適合家庭出遊，方位也適合觀看火箭發射。
但是這個小區入住率極低，整棟樓就兩三户，需要做好心理建設。我睡的那晚有風，隔壁和樓上門窗應該沒有關好 一直咚咚響 聲音很大 一夜都沒睡好，因為樓裏沒有人 所以你敲門和找房東都沒什麼用。

民宿比較乾淨，設施齊全。陽台風景不錯，可以看到火箭發射塔，距離淇水灣也很近。管家十分有耐心，提前給了周圍吃玩兒的攻略。

地理位置太絕了，就在希爾頓後排，海景房可以直接看到淇水灣，右邊是火箭發射場，也清晰可見。傍晚可以看到絕美夕陽。廚房設施齊備，要做飯衹需要買調料和食材，有燒水壺。小區環境乾淨整潔，保安保潔也比較負責。門口有大超市，日常需求均可滿足。快充慢充都有，也不排隊。到銅鼓嶺石頭公園等景點開車10分鐘。會提供美食推薦，旅遊路線推薦。還會再來。
