The room is neat and clean, the kitchen facilities are complete, the paper products used in the room are brand-name, parking in the community is free, and the boss has sent very detailed travel and dining guides. It is also very close to the seaside. It is very comfortable to stay for a few days ~

民宿觀景位置很好，由於我們衹住一天，晚上到，早上走，感覺衞生也不錯，客廳有暖氣，感覺沙發還能睡個人，有洗衣機、衣架，廚房也有冰箱、電飯鍋、鍋能做飯，這個價格我覺得挺合適，可以理解一些惡評，但民宿就是民宿，不能拿酒店的標準去衡量，總之，就觀禮而言，全家人都比較滿意！

房東服務很好，詢問關於趕海相關問題很熱情的回答。房間整體不錯適合家庭出遊，方位也適合觀看火箭發射。
但是這個小區入住率極低，整棟樓就兩三户，需要做好心理建設。我睡的那晚有風，隔壁和樓上門窗應該沒有關好 一直咚咚響 聲音很大 一夜都沒睡好，因為樓裏沒有人 所以你敲門和找房東都沒什麼用。

主要是離海邊近，在房間可以看到大海，日落。景色不錯，如果有衞星發生的話可以看得到，很近。房間整體配置一般。有些傢俱較一般。

地理位置太絕了，就在希爾頓後排，海景房可以直接看到淇水灣，右邊是火箭發射場，也清晰可見。傍晚可以看到絕美夕陽。廚房設施齊備，要做飯衹需要買調料和食材，有燒水壺。小區環境乾淨整潔，保安保潔也比較負責。門口有大超市，日常需求均可滿足。快充慢充都有，也不排隊。到銅鼓嶺石頭公園等景點開車10分鐘。會提供美食推薦，旅遊路線推薦。還會再來。

位置絕佳了，乾淨又衞生，配有牙刷等洗漱用品，樓下有可愛小鄰居貓貓，三個房間都很整潔，小區安靜，睡得很安心，門衞小哥親切又可愛。出小區左邊步行3分鐘到觀海亭，去到沙灘沖浪也很方便，石梅灣沖浪很爽啊同志們，住這個小區超級方便，要是有機會會再入住。
