The room rate soared during the rocket launch, but we were able to arrange for a two-day stay. The room was clean and tidy, but there was a slight musty smell on the sunny side. My family and I are sensitive to it, but most people probably can't smell it. It's average, but if you want to watch a rocket launch, I still recommend staying in this neighborhood, which is within walking distance and saves a lot of trouble.
