這是我出來旅行中遇到的老闆和前台服務態度都很拽的一家，看圖片訂的雙床是大窗户，到了給我説是大窗房沒了衹有天井小窗，説不接受可以退房自己去找別的酒店，沒有一點歉意的感覺。我説這種情況為什麼不提前告知，或者房價應該區分出來寫明一下，人家直接就説房型本來就兩種，房型幾種我無所謂，但是這個窗户是開玩笑嗎？這就是欺騙行為好嗎？天井窗透氣不好房間還有一股味，要不是都半夜了天氣炎熱帶小孩不想折騰，我真的就不受這個氣了。後面平台介入也不給解決，平台説給我返券，我説衹想要商家的態度，平台溝通幾次後才同意補貼。後面要住的打電話問一下房間窗户這些再訂，還有就是做好面對給臉色的服務人員吧！

每次來培訓都會選金穎，安靜，房間很大，也很乾凈！特別是廁所真的很乾凈，不潮濕也沒有異味，我真的很滿意。床鋪都是乾乾爽爽的，一百個贊。有點可惜這次沒吃到炸雞翅哈哈哈

非常滿意的一次入住，性價比超高。因為入住體驗好，選擇了續住。住前到入住期間，酒店服務更是貼心周到。酒店周邊吃飯便捷，生活設施齊全。酒店房間，寬敞明亮。在屋內就能酒店無論是硬件還是軟件都很乾凈整潔，酒店新裝修，床具卧具都是新的，被子也舒服。酒店管理服務也是反應快速，溝通順暢。

因為文昌颱風，家裡沒電沒水，想着找個好一點的酒店去洗個熱水澡，結果這個酒店卻是沒有熱水的，沒辦法，衹能説煮熱水洗，房間裏卻沒有熱水壺，口渴要喝礦泉水也沒用，衹能找了前台問，才勉強給了個燒水壺和礦泉水，第一次碰到這種還是大酒店呢，旅租都好過這個大酒店了
