Very green and a short walk down to the beach. Staff were all very friendly and helpful, especially Kevin that helped with our bags when we checked in and out.

I recently stayed at this wonderful hotel and had an exceptional experience. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and offered a stunning seaview that made our stay truly memorable. The reception staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially Bella, who provided us with detailed information about the local area and ensured we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. An exceptional highlight was when we accidentally left some belongings behind after checkout. Mindy went above and beyond to assist us. She took the initiative to post our items to our next hotel in a different city and even covered the cost herself. Overall, the staff were exceedingly helpful, and their outstanding service made our stay extraordinary. Highly recommended!

The beauty of Hainan Island is really unforgettable. We came all the way to the beautiful Wenchang and stayed at the Wyndham Garden Hotel facing the sea. Fortunately, I met Mr. Liang at the front desk. Although he was busy, he kept following up on my check-in service, carefully asked about my housing needs, and communicated and fought for me attentively. Thank you for the hotel's people-oriented service awareness. During the period when there were many guests for the rocket launch nearby, they were able to arrange a high-rise comfortable sea view room for me according to my needs, which brought us full joy and surprise! The garden-style hotel lobby is luxurious and elegant, spacious and bright, with first-class hardware facilities. The swimming pool extending to the seaside is full of flowers of various colors and diverse plants. It is a rare oasis in the city, making people feel the beauty of nature. Standing on the balcony, you can see the swimming pool, the woods and the sea. In the morning, you can also watch the sunrise and the rocket launch tower in the distance. It is an ideal leisure and holiday resort. This is a hotel worth planting grass, and I will come again!

Although there are large-scale meetings and reception tasks, the hotel is in a well-organized overall, the staff service is better, and the restaurant meal time is also delayed, which is very user-friendly! Staff are patient every time they handle extra meals at the entrance of the restaurant. I don’t know if others have found that the restaurant waiter has a young guy with glasses, his face is a bit round, he looks up to 20 years old, he is a super substitute, he can quickly find out if the guests have difficulties and need help, not much words, but do practical things, and very hearty, At the end of March, my child asked him to help him get a straw. When he checked in for dinner a week later, he took the initiative to ask if he needed a straw. Really caring, very hard at work! The photo was a bit deformed, but I can still recognize this person, a young man very suitable for the hotel service industry!

The hotel is an old five-star hotel with a beautiful appearance, lobby and exterior. The hotel is in a good location, convenient for taking tourist buses to Tongguling, and not far from Wennan Old Street, Confucius Temple, and Academy to experience local customs and culture. There are local delicacies nearby. The interior of the hotel room is the old decoration, with complete facilities, and it is still OK now. The breakfast is relatively simple. In general, the price-performance ratio is good.

Hotel breakfast is good, room facilities are quite good, the room is clean, the front desk also gave a free upgrade to the suite, close to the beach, the supermarket next door to the hotel is very convenient, there is a cinema next to it, the front desk service is superb.

😄住了個套房 感覺還不錯 房間很乾凈 離海邊不遠走路10分鐘 在窗户上可以看到青嵐大橋和銅鼓嶺海灘 樓下有個超市買東西方便 這一片地區吃飯都不太方便 需要去三公裡外的鎮上 旁邊有公交站 去鎮上也算方便 打車12塊錢 或者去海邊的夜市 不過叫外賣還是有很多好吃的😋 我找老闆幫着聯繫租了個小電動 騎了一週給了100塊

You can see the sea from the upper floors. The ladies at the front desk were very nice and patiently told us where to buy seafood. The hotel is very close to the seafood market. You can have it processed directly at a nearby hotel or you can bring it back to the hotel. The front desk provides a pot and you can cook it directly in the room. Great!

There are many foods around the hotel, the transportation is convenient, the room is clean and the front desk manager Lin service is very warm!

Awesome experience, the room is very clean, very close to the beach, you can see the sea view from the balcony, the sea breeze is blowing on the balcony at night, drinking ice beer is really awesome.
