Hotel Berghaus

This is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in in Switzerland! No. 1⃣️: There was no kettle in the room. I went down and asked the boss if he had a kettle. The boss said with a very bad attitude: No! I said what if I want hot water? The boss said firmly: No! I said I wanted instant noodles, and the boss asked: Why don't you eat Swiss food? I? ? ? No. 2⃣️: The refrigerator didn’t work, and the boss insisted that you have to plug it in and wait for a while before it works. I said it didn’t work even after waiting for a long time, but the boss insisted that it was impossible. After a few more attempts, the boss said it would be tomorrow. The staff came to work to take a look, but they didn't fix it until the last check out! No. 3⃣️: The attitude of the restaurant service staff during breakfast was extremely bad. They seemed to be discriminating against Asians (maybe just Chinese). You could feel the disgust on their faces. I accidentally took a raw egg. I don’t know how to use boiled eggs. I asked him if he could cook it for me. He said very rudely: No, you can cook it yourself. Then I just threw away my raw eggs! Would you rather waste an egg than cook it for me? ? ? After we finished eating, we planned to take a break and look at the scenery outside the window, but the man couldn't wait to come over and collect the plates! No. 4⃣️: The hygiene of the room is extremely poor. The sink is full of ash and hair. The paper roll used by the previous guest is still left in the toilet and confiscated! In short, this is a hotel with nothing good except for the scenery. It is a buffet breakfast but everything is in short supply. You have to search and search for anything. You have to look at the owner's face to get something! If you want to have an experience where you are treated with the utmost respect, choose carefully! (especially Chinese friends)
