Comfortable and clean room.
Laundry and gym available makes it very convenient for longer stays.
Room amenities are satisfying, and fresh fruits were left daily at mg room by the cleaning staf (thank you for the treat!)
Location is convenient, only 15 min walk (or 5 min by car) from InTime shopping mall.

The overall hotel is very good. There is a road under construction on the roadside of the hotel. The traffic is a bit inconvenient. It is suitable for business trips. There is a gym and the breakfast is quite rich. However, some local snacks are not available. There is fruit for check-in, which is very considerate. I will wait for the road to be repaired. Come and stay again in the future

從入住到房間整體體驗感都很差
1.辦理入住時 服務枱小姐姐全程沒有一點笑容 明明兩個櫃枱都可以辦理 站在那裡也不提醒 也不主動溝通是否辦理入住 站了好一會才説隔壁櫃枱也可以辦理
2.入住後洗簌用品（牙刷、牙膏）都沒有放；房間衞生間馬桶都是尿漬 一股尿味；被套臟的 打客房服務 前台説客房服務員下班了 讓客人自己換；結果麼拿的是兩個床單；再次溝通 換了個前台上來 説幫忙一起換 結果拿來的被套大小是不符合的；説是客房下班了 酒店有三種床單 不清楚具體的尺寸；
好了 開元集團的酒店讓我們真的大開眼界；
