To be honest, the room is great. It is visibly clean and tidy when you enter the room. The decoration style is very unique. It is very comfortable and warm to live in, just like at home. The store owner's care can be felt in every layout. The store owner's service attitude is also very good and very hospitable. The homestay not only has a dehumidifier and a place to wash clothes, but also a smart toilet. There is also a large terrace with a sea view. 民宿坐落在半山腰，外部環境很好，風景很美。但是一個寸頭二十多歲三十歲不到的戴黑框眼鏡男服務人員態度陰陽怪氣。4.28號晚上電話詢問我們是怎麼去民宿，是否自己開車，並説現在石塘景區限行，自己開車的話需要通行證。我説我是打車過來，自己不開車，然後她就什麼都沒説。（情況就是電話詢問時衹告知我們自己開車需要通行證，並在得知我們是打車前往後也沒有説需要去領通行證，導致我們在石塘入口處打的車被攔住，無奈衹能下車步行進入景區，但距離民宿還有4公里山路。）當時我們在進入關卡之前聯繫民宿，是前文中的男性接的電話，讓我們去我們已經堵了半小時以上的路的地方重新掉頭回去領通行證，我們告知不可能再回去領通行證，並且由於交通管制及擁堵也無法掉頭回去，當時打車司機想嘗試一下，我們便掛斷了電話，後面司機説無法進入景區，我們再次聯繫他並質問為什麼不説清楚時他便開始陰陽怪氣地説已經告知限行需要通行證，隨後説派車來接，讓我們等半小時，還用陰陽怪氣的語調説“您的意思是都是我們的錯對吧？我可是確保每個客人都通知的哦，本來都沒車來接你的，正好是朋友在外面才幫忙接你們的”。隨後在我們等待了十來分鐘後又告知我們車在使用中，無法來接我們，除非再等待半小時以上，當時我們6人拖着3個行李箱，3個背包在烈日下等待，後來我們想辦法自己打車時（景區裏面很難打到車，都是一口價的，有一個司機問我們3公里80走不走），又有他們民宿其他正常的工作人員聯繫我們，説來接我們，在我們再次等待10分鐘後他才趕到了，到了第二天退房離開時我們問他要一瓶礦泉水，告訴我不能免費給我礦泉水，一個房問衹能有兩瓶，喝完了就要3元一瓶自行購買，我説“我表示不理解，我住酒店以來別説一千以上的房間了，就連全季都能免費提供礦泉水，你們1400一晚的房間卻連多要一瓶礦泉水都要收費”説完後那個男服務員堅持不給，並把收費碼貼我們臉上讓我們看，豪橫且傲嬌的説是酒店規定，毫無尊重和溝通可言。關於設施：白天沒熱水可以用（大概是熱水用完也要收費？）一間衞生問裏還有一塊用過的肥皂和煙頭，一間裏面有用過的牙刷（我們訂了三間）1400的房間就是這麼打掃衞生的，真的很精緻。石塘海狸，歡迎不怕被陰陽的人來入住，恭候**的光臨。
