Opening windows for ventilation doesn't work at all. In addition, the sound insulation is also very poor. The sound from the upper, lower, left and right rooms is very clear, and there is also the hum of the equipment. Before 6 o'clock every morning, the staff downstairs will drag the large trash can and make a lot of noise. The quality of sleep during my stay was very poor. The hotel has a takeout robot, but after the takeout person puts the takeout into the robot, it still needs hotel staff to operate it. I ordered two takeaways, but they were always placed in the takeout robot's cabin and stayed in the lobby until he went downstairs half an hour later. Found it after looking for it.

Went here with friends and the experience of staying here was very good. The hotel is newly opened, the lobby is very grand, the glass chandelier is really eye-catching, and the quality is outstanding! As soon as I walked in, I saw the little brother and sister at the front desk greeting me with a smile. When I walked up to me, I took the initiative to pour a cup of hot tea, which made me feel like I was home. The room assigned to us was also very nice. The orientation is very good. At noon, the sun just shines through the glass. In your spare time, you can bask in the sun and read a book. It feels very comfortable and healing. If the hotel was cheaper I would have closed my eyes on the disadvantages but because I paid 700 RMB for 2 nights I think I could have had better environment 🙏 The room's design is nice but the condition looks like it's not being managed at all. There was mold, stains and dirt. In the photos you can see. The waste basket was so dirty 😔 The breakfast is supposed to have western food (it's stated in the in for card that the buffet is western and chinese) but apart from bread and tomatoes there was no other ”western” cuisine. And no coffee! how can a hotel not have coffee? The car parking system is inconvenient. each time we wanted to go out we had to go to the reception and ask them to help open the gate. The tv projector in the room kept turning itself off (a message ”the device has overheated” kept appearing). I think that the hotel needs to remove ”western food” from the breakfast information card and deep clean the rooms and check the projectors. otherwise the price is not matching the environment ☝ A plus - the hotel staff were nice and kind.

The sanitation conditions of the hotel are average, but the hotel room prices are extraordinary. The washing machine and dryer in the laundry room didn't look very clean. Just outside the window is the garbage dump.

The room was great, and the housekeepers enthusiastically helped us upgrade the room, giving us a better stay experience. The Jiugongge breakfast was also very unique. I look forward to staying here again next time to experience the beautiful scenery and warm service of Shitang.

They are all stone houses, which are beautiful. Sheye Yizhai is the better one here, but to be honest, the price is a bit expensive. For my price of 1,790, the room is only 30 square meters, and there is basically no view. Sea view rooms are generally more than 2,500, maybe because of the Qingming Festival. On holidays, it might be cheaper on weekdays. The hotel bathroom is not separated from the shower room and the room. It is still a bit cold after taking a shower. The breakfast is very good and the service is very attentive. Basically, you are always available.

The experience is really great! The breakfast is also very delicious! The night before, they asked us what time we would eat breakfast and prepared it for us. When we arrived downstairs at 8:30, it was already prepared for us.
