I booked a garden room, and Mrs. Shi can be seen outside the window. The scenery is very good. The breakfast at the hotel was surprisingly delicious. I arrived late and I thought I would go out to eat cakes because I had nothing to eat. But I couldn't eat it at all. The robot is very fun. If the hotel was cheaper I would have closed my eyes on the disadvantages but because I paid 700 RMB for 2 nights I think I could have had better environment 🙏 The room's design is nice but the condition looks like it's not being managed at all. There was mold, stains and dirt. In the photos you can see. The waste basket was so dirty 😔 The breakfast is supposed to have western food (it's stated in the in for card that the buffet is western and chinese) but apart from bread and tomatoes there was no other ”western” cuisine. And no coffee! how can a hotel not have coffee? The car parking system is inconvenient. each time we wanted to go out we had to go to the reception and ask them to help open the gate. The tv projector in the room kept turning itself off (a message ”the device has overheated” kept appearing). I think that the hotel needs to remove ”western food” from the breakfast information card and deep clean the rooms and check the projectors. otherwise the price is not matching the environment ☝ A plus - the hotel staff were nice and kind.

This is a cute place with a great view. If I could rate the service higher, I would! I came in with muddy shoes after being an ***** by the shore. This is a ‘wear slippers in the hotel, not your shoes’ kind of place, so it wasn’t like I was going to track mud everywhere. I checked in, had a shower and when I came down, the owner had CLEANED my shoes! SPOTLESS! Much cleaner than before I left on my trip! The area is very cool and photogenic. The locals are some of the friendliest people I’ve met whilst traveling in China! 😃

Seeing the recommendation of Trip.com I was not disappointed. The underground garage came up and thought it was a booked hotel. It looked very good. As a result, the lady said that the reservation was next door. 🙄 I didn't see it clearly. The reservation was for the hotel Shuguang store four stars instead of five stars. The word Dawn is the same, but it is a hotel and the software and hardware are the same. Service: The service is really good to greet and help accompany to the hotel next door. Xiao Chen at the front desk is also very warm service and explained. Also sent welcome fruit and breakfast the next day. And the room service helped turn the bed down. The room was upgraded to an executive bed room. Environment: Simple but very warm. Facilities: In addition to the door seal of the bathroom is not very good, the bath water is large and there is water outside, and the other bathrooms lack a door. Hygienic: very clean.
