GGuest UserIt's worth the price, but the service experience is average. I didn't tell the WIFI password when I checked in. I thought the room was marked, but I had to go downstairs to ask. There was one missing toothbrush in the room and I had to find one by myself. The toilet seat was clean but there was a layer of yellow urine underneath. Before checking in, the front desk of the hotel watched us get out of our car and did not inform us about the parking fee reimbursement. I came here because I saw that the hotel marked free parking, but I didn’t expect that the exit fee of the parking lot was quite fast. Not many parking lots in the mainland are ETC. Automatically grab money. Another point is that I have never seen many hotels in Xinjiang that check out before 12 noon. Fortunately, I just woke up in the morning and looked at the official check-out time. After calling Ctrip, I asked that the latest check-out time of the hotel is 14. I clicked and rested, but at 13:21 the front desk called and told us that we had already exceeded the time limit for one hour. They urged us to check out and even stopped the WIFI in the room without authorization. They meant to force us out. Okay, we can't afford to offend. When we were hurriedly packing our things, we called again to urge us to check out. When we were waiting for the elevator to go downstairs with our luggage, it was 13:40 but not 14:00. Guess what, the front desk had already taken the room card and went upstairs from the elevator to knock on the door. They drove us away. If it weren't for the background recording of Ctrip's call in the morning, I wouldn't have the confidence to wait for the elevator, so I ran down the stairs to the seventh floor and escaped. Finally, I would like to thank the hotel for refunding the 200-yuan deposit along the same route without causing trouble to the guests. As a foreigner, I am very satisfied with traveling thousands of miles with my family. If the car didn't need urgent repairs, I wouldn't have traveled hundreds of miles to stay near the nearest 4S store here. But what happens? Every 4S store in the mainland will wash the car before delivering it, but there is no car wash here. Hohohohohohohoho, next time I say ”Don't eat the sour radish”
