房間挺寬敞的，也挺智能的，小度很好用。智能馬桶也很不錯。每天都有人幫忙打掃房間，離温州機場也很近，有接送機服務。關鍵早餐也很豐富，有温州的糯米飯，有米線、麪條。水果、糕點，牛奶等等，品質都不錯。就是離温州市區比較遠。但是，離機場近，方便出行。
