Room smell to much smoking specialty area toilet too much smell smoke.
Ask personal cleaning room do something... They say i smell nothing! So don't care.
Reception when u ask something they say yes after they don't care take like forgotten... After 3 times insist get my stuff so 2 hours later!
They need do better service... For 4* hotel.
