晾衣桿非常實用！客人都有小件衣服清洗以及直接晾掛的需求。這種晾衣桿也有助於保持室內衞生及設施。設計的很人性化，也符合當地氣候特點。如果再增加深夜入住能儘量安靜的提示牌就更好了。離景區很近。

這家酒店位置還是不錯的，離江心嶼，五馬街，銀泰都挺近的，去娟娟早餐店也比較方便
但是酒店的服務卻不盡人意！
第一間房間:
1、有之前住客留下的秋褲
2、床上用品有頭髮
把以上兩個問題反饋到前台，前台給換了房間，還説是升級房型了，又出現別的問題了
第二間房間:
1、衹有一條毛巾，我2個人入住，給誰用呢？
2、地面還有垃圾沒有清掃乾淨
就這樣的酒店，你們停業整頓算了！別開着禍害人行嗎？

説老實話，這裡是這次温州之行性價比最高的選擇，攜程上訂的大床房才129元，價格便宜，物超所值。房間的設施也不錯，乾淨衞生、安靜舒適，尤其是衞生間的沐浴器設計有特色。位置好，鄰近江心嶼、五馬街等景區，走路去也最多半個小時。唯一不滿意的是在服務方面，沒有備用的被褥，半夜冷醒了。

酒店位置佳，門口就有BRT，離江心嶼也不遠。房間比較衞生，設施也比較新。酒店工作人員的服務態度也不錯。但房間吹風機壞了，早餐也簡單了一點。

非常好，超乎預期了。疊加優惠券後很便宜，以為會不怎麼樣，結果衞生很好，設施也很完善👌隔音效果很不錯，完全沒有聽到隔壁的聲音。

還可以 就是衞生有待改善 地上有頭髮絲啥的 設施還可以 有小冰箱 整體環境不錯 有自助早餐 但是品種很少 就白煮蛋粥包子 感覺不太有食慾 但是整體性價比還是很高的

不得不説真的出乎我的意料，酒店寬闊明亮，有一個大大的落地窗，所有的設施好像都是新的，床非常的軟，衞生乾淨，8號前台的服務態度非常棒，最重要的一點是，酒店離江心嶼景區特別近，走兩步路就到了，真心不錯，這個價位真的絕了
