酒店的選址還算優越，鬧中取靜，離幾個旅遊景點都很近，交通的話也算便利（衹是個人感覺温州的公交等候間隔時間較長），當然打車出行的話也挺方便的。
房間設施還算蠻新的，淋浴熱水也夠大，無線網絡也挺快，電視節目也挺豐富的（能享用好幾個平台會員的節目）。
服務的話，也算殷勤有禮。
唯一讓我覺得不足的話，是它家的床墊相對硬了些，枕頭的話雖提供兩個，但品質不高，都很癟很垮，所以導致個人睡眠質量不高，對整體體驗略有影響。
