這是五一期間同價位住宿最差的一家。首先是不可以忍受的點：1.晚上11點洗澡，熱水已用完，説是再熱需要等1個小時以上。要麼冷水沖澡，要麼直接睡下。2.衞生間馬桶用過未沖，一進門就一股味道，另一個房間馬桶也是臟的，蓋子翻起來有尿點子。詢問是否有酒精拿來消毒一下，結果老闆不經詢問直接沖進已辦理入住的房間拿淋噴頭沖了一遍馬桶並且留下一地水就走了……3.床單未換，有使用過的痕跡（毛髮）4.洗手盆下水管漏，洗漱一會兒，褲腿全濕。5.房間內未提供一次性拖鞋，洗澡用的涼拖黑乎乎的，還有一股臭味。經詢問才提供了一次性拖鞋。6.房間熱水壺還留着半壺不知道何時留下的水。其次是常規性的不衞生，比如衞生間邊角無論地上枱麪都藏污納垢，地板和廉價旅館一樣臟臟的都是劃橫，傢俱桌面也是臟臟的到處是敲擊的痕跡，沐浴用品用過的沒用過的混堆在一起。一開始還都反饋給老闆，結果給的理由是五一實在人太多太忙……無語😑除此之外沒表示太多歉意。一路住的都是景區，楠溪江和洞頭七彩漁村都是滿房都是一個價位的人家都乾乾淨淨打掃衞生衹有1、2個人打掃5-6個房間而這家我們抵達時3-4人都在聊天看電視……都想不到熱水沒了、衞生沒打掃。雖然有個小賣部要做，但如果沒時間精力的話就不要開拓新事業了這叫坑人！花着300塊的，住着幾十塊的！這經營邏輯簡直是坑一個是一個！

老闆很熱情，主動加老闆微信還告訴你那裡可以免費停車，還給你介紹景點怎麼遊玩，房間也很OK，離小洱海很近，性價比很高

老闆很熱情，主動聯繫，加了微信後，發了很多洞頭島的攻略。雖然連結上沒有免費停車的標誌，但是主動聯繫老闆，他會幫安排免費停車的位置。如果不是開車過來他家門口，正好就有個車站可以到温州市區，交通很方便。房間乾淨，走100米就可以到沙灘。

房間乾淨，隔音效果好，床超級大，樓下全是野生海鮮餐廳，價格不貴人均¥100左右，飯後吹吹小洱海晚風，走走網紅橋，逛逛美食街，沙灘游泳都能滿足。

服務挺好，但是衞生間淋浴頭壞了。等了大半個小時，找了維修工才修好。
沒有免費停車場，停車過夜收30塊。
