房間沒照片有氛圍感，但是還算符合，設施滿足一般需求，房間不包含早餐，周邊吃的也不多，之前的山根蠻熱鬧的，現在基本上商鋪都關了，也沒什麼好逛的，沒什麼意思。民宿的小院還可以，整體感覺還算過得去。

環境很美，和圖片一模一樣，非常美，小朋友玩的很開心，山根小鎮逛逛，再去梧田老街逛逛吃吃，很完美。選這個房型的話，暑假裏大家要早點打電話微信前台，讓工作人員提早開空調，因為這個房型沒有可以打開的窗户，衹能靠廁所的排風通風，我們剛進去的時候非常悶熱，運氣不好遇到有一個空調製冷液不夠，製冷效果不好的問題，後來聯繫了工作人員，提供了電扇通風，後續也很積極地找了師傅添加了製冷劑，及時把問題解決了。還有，民宿就在西邊的停車場旁邊，停車場在高架橋下面，我們大中午離開的時候，車子一點都不燙，地理位置太好了。早飯也可以叫外賣，三姐妹糯米飯超級好吃，送過來也方便。

1、設施房間床都很大，也比較舒適。衞生用品配置比較到位；
2、民宿周邊沒好一點早餐店，唯一一家早餐店口味不好，後來還是通過外賣點來的早餐好吃；
3、民宿老闆娘很熱情幫忙拿行李，早餐還提供煎蛋、牛奶、咖啡，因為我想吃温州特色早餐故自行點購。
4、另外洞穴房的上下鋪，有1.5米，很大。但一層的插座不好用，上層可能很少有人睡，床品沒有經常換。
5、離高校7-10分鐘車程比較方便，導航給我的路線，正好在修市政工程，路上灰很大，人又少，女司機有點怕。

早餐比較簡單，就是給了一個饅頭，然後一杯牛奶，還有一個水果，建議下一次可以給點紅薯和玉米，還有少許蔬菜的話，就會感覺豐富很多。其他都還挺好的，另外就是那個空調最好不要對着床。整體環境非常的漂亮。

打卡網紅花園西餐廳/民宿/帶着女兒出行去學校玩，選了這家性價比評價高的餐廳，花園非常大開滿了花，西餐廳很漂亮裏面都是植物，和評論相符，早餐很好吃西式的，提前和管家説，她家服務態度很好，管家全程笑臉，很不錯的體驗，好評
