The room is perfect, so new and comfortable bed to made us wake up at 11AM , Everything in the room is smart use and smart toilet, nice shower, hood massage chair and excellent friendly staff service and impress us a lot. There is plenty of snacks , purple potato, ice cream and bottle water to take - free in the common room and the front. Plenty choice of breakfast

Very good hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Location wise it is great. Near many great smaller shops and stalls and of course the famous Wuma street. The rooms were spacious and comfy. Very clean and always fully stocked with drinks and goodies. We were in a rush so didn’t get to try out all the food that were included in the stay. Three meals a day included in the stay was a great deal. They had a broad selection of food. The hotel lobby was always fully stocked with snacks that were complementary. Great for hungry little kids. The outside of the hotel might look old, but don’t let that fool you. Inside it looked brand new. The rooms were equipped with every thing one needs when on vacation. No need to bring toothbrushes or razors to this hotel. The staff was great and very helpful. The only downside is the gym and parking. If you are a training nut, you really can’t call the gym a gym. No weights. There is also no free parking. Other then that, the hotel was great. Great location, great staff, great rooms and all food and drinks were included. I would highly recommend to stay here. We had 2 rooms since we have older children.

While the hotel meets basic Chinese hospitality standards, it may fall short of European expectations in certain areas. The lack of air conditioning during my stay was a notable inconvenience, particularly with an outdoor temperature of 24°C (75°F). Additionally, the absence of routine vacuuming and the unwelcome presence of a cockroach in the room detracted from the overall comfort. On a positive note, I appreciated the well-maintained gym facilities, which added value to my stay. The staff also deserves recognition for their genuine efforts to accommodate guests and resolve issues promptly. With minor adjustments to housekeeping and amenities, this hotel could significantly elevate its guest experience.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The service was excellent, with friendly and attentive staff who made everything seamless. The room was beautifully designed, clean, and very comfortable. I also loved the added perk of free coffee and delicious food at the Lobby area,which made the experience even better. The location was unbeatable, just a short walk to Wuma shopping street, making it super convenient. Highly recommend this hotel for its comfort, amenities, and prime location!one of the best hotel in Wenzhou!

The location is excellent, right outside the Gongyuan Road shopping street and within walking distance of the entire Wuma Street shopping district. Zhongshan Park and Huagaishan Park are right in front of the hotel, and the nearby vegetable market is also within easy reach. This is the perfect place to experience Wenzhou's old town. The interior also maintains a nostalgic atmosphere. The bathroom is huge, with hot water and air conditioning. The only drawback is that the room is small; once you open your suitcase, you can't move around freely.

The hotel staff is enthusiastic and has a good attitude. The facilities are complete, the environment is clean, the rooms are large, and the surrounding dining and living areas are convenient, and parking is convenient. I will stay here again next time.

The hotel is located in the center of Wuma Street, with convenient transportation. There are several parks at both ends of the pedestrian street, including Miaoguo Temple, Zhongshan Park, and Jiushan Park. The hotel parking lot is also convenient for parking. The waiter is warm and caring, and provided us with a computer for emergency. It is comfortable to stay in the hotel even if it rains for days! The service facilities of Atour Hotel Chain are excellent!

The facilities are complete, the hygiene is very good, there is no odor, the sound insulation is good, it is very quiet at night, the environment is really good, the room is also very spacious, and the service attitude is first-class. The hotel experience this time was perfect! I called in advance to communicate the check-in requirements. The bedding had a faint lavender scent. The mattress was moderately soft and hard. Even the pillows had two options: latex and down. The hot water in the bathroom came out in seconds, the water pressure was stable, and even the tooth cups were sterilized. The detail control expressed love. The breakfast variety was not fancy but attentive enough. The freshly cooked wonton skin was thin and filling, sweet but not greasy. The hotel is an 8-minute walk from the subway station. There are vegetable markets and old noodle shops around. I got up early to buy a cup of soy milk with fried dough sticks. It felt great to live like a local. After staying for three days, the cleaning staff would dry the slippers that I changed every day. This warmth hidden in the details makes people want to stay here again next time!
