The Sheraton Wenzhou provided an exceptional experience that exceeded all expectations. The way the staff treated me as a customer was truly outstanding, making me feel valued and appreciated every step of the way. The services, installations, and facilities were immaculately clean and maintained to the highest standards. The room itself was a perfect combination of comfort and elegance, offering a breathtaking view of the cityscape. The breakfast was nothing short of exceptional, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. Additionally, the hotel's location proved extremely convenient for exploring the downtown area on foot. Overall, the Sheraton Wenzhou is an outstanding hotel that I would highly recommend to anyone seeking a truly memorable stay.

The hotel is right next to Wuma Pedestrian Street and shopping business district. It's a 5-minute walk to Jiushan Park where you can take a walk and rest. The hotel room is very clean and the bathroom is spacious. Breakfast includes Wenzhou specialty snacks and Western pastries, as well as abundant fruit salads. Breakfast included in the room rate is definitely a great value.

The hotel where I stayed helped to upgrade to a business king-size room, and sent fruit for check-in. When I checked out, the front desk lady Nice Tan saw that there were children there, and brought small biscuits and a small fan for the children. The children were very happy. Thank you Nice Tan. The bedding in the room is very comfortable, the first choice for business trips! The hotel is very close to the Xianyan Scenic Area, a 10-minute walk, and it is very nice to take a walk after dinner.

Big room was nice, and higher floor with great view. Pedestrian walkway from the high speed train station, so easy to just roll your luggage to the hotel. Only issue is that the safe in the room was not bolted down (someone could just walk off with it). Hot water, A/C, Wi-Fi, etc. all worked great. Buffet breakfast was phenomenal. Plenty of shops, restaurants, amenities, etc. within walking distance of hotel. I would stay here again next time.

Excellent hotel. Perfect location for the airport. Comfortable rooms, friendly staff and a good breakfast. I didn't use it, but there's also a metro station nearby which connects to the major train stations in the city.

This hotel was amazing. The staff there are simply the best and very accommodating to my requests while there. I had my laundry done and forgot to mention I need extra soap since they were gym clothes 😬. So they gave me a hand written letter and a stuffed animal as an apology even though it was my fault for not mentioning it. They have a solid breakfast, and it’s close to a lot of great restaurants (I recommend 最爱妈妈菜). Will definitely be staying here again!

This hotel is simply amazing! From the moment I stepped into the hotel I felt a warm and friendly atmosphere. The service attitude of the front desk staff was very good, and the check-in process was fast and efficient. The room is clean and tidy, and the bed is comfortable, allowing people to get a good rest. In addition, the hotel's catering is also excellent, with rich, varied and delicious dishes. All in all, this is a very recommended hotel and I will choose here again next time.

Clean and hygienic, no smell. Very comfortable. Usually when I stay in other hotels, there is a bit of a smell. There was no smell at all when I stayed in this hotel, I was very satisfied with this! ! The food is delivered by robots, which is also very convenient and hygienic! The surrounding environment is also very quiet and convenient! Transportation is also convenient, with a light rail station and a bus station next to it. The lady at the front desk is also very nice. A very pleasant stay.
