Grand New Century Hotels in Wenzhou

I chose this hotel because it was ranked first on the list. It opened not long ago but the facilities are generally well maintained. Some furniture is obviously worn out and the bedding has holes and stains. The hygiene on the day of check-in was quite bad, and the cleaning in the following days was also a bit sloppy. Although the living experience did not meet my expectations, the attitude of the hotel manager on duty who actively dealt with the problem after reporting the situation was still very satisfactory. Apart from the hygiene issue, the hotel's value for money is still acceptable, and the staff are also very enthusiastic.

We were a group of 10 people, all around 65 years old, the oldest was 75. When we stepped into the hotel early in the morning on November 29, we felt at home. The female doorman took the initiative to come to the car to help us take the luggage and deliver it to the room. Ms. Zheng at the front desk gave us a warm reception, checked us in in advance, and told me to contact her if I needed anything or had any problems... Ms. Zheng at the front desk was really professional and efficient, with a warm and friendly service attitude. She was very detailed in both hotel information and surrounding introductions, which was very impressive. The front desk staff at the restaurant learned about the age of our group and asked the chef to customize two menus that suit our tastes. They also provided free drinks and hot soy milk. The food on the table was amazing, from the taste of the dishes to the way they were presented, every detail reflected the chef's superb skills and dedication. The catering service is excellent. From the front desk to the chef, they all exude a love for food and respect for guests, making people feel at home. In the evening, the hotel sent fruits to each of our rooms. We were very touched and it really felt like home. The charm of the hotel breakfast lies not only in its richness and deliciousness, but also in its attentiveness and thoughtfulness, which makes people feel warmth and care while enjoying the food. Although we only stayed for one night, it was very cozy and really felt like home. Thank you.

It is a high-end hotel in Taishun. The hotel's feature is that you can soak in the room if you book a king-size room. The rooftop garden is also very unique. The entire hotel is an ascending curved surface. Guests can walk up to the top floor of the hotel roof step by step along the roof ramp from the outside of the hotel. It is equivalent to a walking trail. It is very interesting. Except that the hotel toilet leaks a little, everything else is good. There is also a receptionist at the door during the New Year.

I checked in at night, set the air conditioner to heat, and set the temperature to 28 degrees. I was woken up by the cold at around 4 o'clock in the morning. I called the front desk at around 7 o'clock, and they replied that I turned it off at 3 o'clock in the middle of the night. They turned off the air conditioner in the second half of the night when the temperature was the lowest, and they didn't inform the guests in advance, otherwise they could prepare in advance. This kind of service in a five-star hotel is really speechless. I don't know why. I asked the hotel to give an explanation, but they couldn't explain it. There was no garbage bag on the trash can (I don't know whether it should be covered or not). I don't know if other New Century hotels are like this, or if New Century Mingdu's quality control is like this now?

We had a great stay, the staff were very kind and helpful. The room was very beautiful. The food was very delicious and a lot of variety. We certain come back again.

The hardware and environment have nothing to say, but the service is too far from the five-star hotel! Did not encounter the net red in the review: Xiao Li and Xiao Huang;  The hotel does not have a smoke-free room. Although the survival is smoke-free, the smell of smoke is very strong. It is easy to open the window and open the curtains to fall asleep. The quality of sleep can be imagined.

The hotel environment is very good, and it gives people a very warm feeling as soon as they enter the lobby. The room facilities are very complete, the bedding is very clean, and the front desk lady is also very enthusiastic and thoughtful. It is worth mentioning that there are fruit snacks delivered in the evening, which is very satisfactory. This is a warm hotel. I will definitely choose it again when I go on business trips in the future.
