Es tut mir so Leid für das Personal, welches wirklich sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend war. Aber leider entspricht das Hotel so gar nicht unserem Anspruch. Die Einrichtung der Zimmer versprüht wirklich den Charme der frühen 90er, abgesehen vom Bad, das war okay, obwohl man in der Dusche im eigenen Wasser stand, da es nur schwerlich ablief. Die Kopfkissen sind eine echte Zumutung, Marke Billigknödel würde ich sagen und die Matratze war doch recht durchgelegen. Ich mochte nicht mal ein Foto vom Zimmer machen, weil es wirklich super unschön war. Kein WLAN, damit findet man sich ja zurecht, aber die Sauberkeit im Zimmer ließ extrem zu wünschen übrig. Der Teppich war sehr fleckig und wurde gar nicht gesaugt. Das ganze Hotel wirkte total heruntergekommen, überall im Haus extrem dreckiger Teppichboden, vorm Haus kaputte Holzbretter als Rampe für Rollstuhlfahrer, die diesen dann vermutlich im Flur stehen lassen und aufs Zimmer getragen werden müssen, vorm Haus total verdreckte Gartenmöbel. Dass 2024 ein Haus komplett ungeeignet für jegliche körperliche Beeinträchtigung durchgeht ist eigentlich ein Unding. 50,- pro Nacht und Person sind meiner Meinung nach nicht gerechtfertigt. Trotz des wirklich netten Personals werden wir nicht noch einmal hier absteigen.

Tolle Lage in Wernigerode, super Ausgangsbasis für einen Harzurlaub. Sauber, ordentlich gerne wieder :-) Sehr sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Super Frühstück und alles lecker. Parkplätze und Spielplatz alles vor der Tür. Grillabend super.

Das Hotel ist einfach ein Alptraum. Die Zimmer sind notdürftig eingerichtet der Zimmerservice kommt einfach nicht obwohl man drum gebeten hat. Die Bilder auf der Website sind schön gemacht aber passen leider nicht zur Wirklichkeit Das Frühstück ist ist mittelmäßig abgepackte Wurst alles in allem ist es schrecklich das es noch für diesen Preis angeboten wird. Selbst für gratis würde ich nicht dort hin fahren Und für ein Senseo Kaffee möchten sie 2euro haben.
