Stayed for three nights to meet up with family and enjoyed our stay. First impression of our room was that it was very dark and quite small - but got used to it and it served us well . Staff were very friendly and breakfasts good!! Would stay again- though unlikely to be in Bedlington again ( living in Spain!)

From walking through the door the staff couldn't have made me feel welcomed, I was at a business meeting in the special meeting room for a full day and diner in the evening. The service was outstanding throughout my stay. The food was amazing and I must say that the Fish and chips that I had in the evening was the best that I had eaten in a very long time. I would highly recommend the Hotel for business meeting, just a stay as the rooms are great, but the two big highlights are the staff service and amazing food!

Me and my family stayed at Lairds house a few days as we went through a very hard time being at the Newcastle hospital to support our loved one. The staff have all been absolutely kind and flexible with us. I would recommend this lovely stay to everyone!

We had a very comfortable night here - on the top floor of the hotel which was quiet and had views over the surrounding town and countryside. The room was large and clean and the bed very comfortable indeed. Kettle, tea, coffee and biscuits were provided and staff were extremely welcoming and helpful.

Christmas Fayre was amazing!!! 3 courses cooked to perfection. Patsnip soup and main course delicious but tge desert, the grabache was up there with the best deserts I have ever had!! A beautiful room, great ambiance, wonderful wine and delicious food

Had a splendid overnight stay here . The hospitality was excellent and the food plentiful and so delicious . The bedroom was beautifully decorated with lovely paintings , lamps and soft furnishings with a bath in the bedroom. The bed was exceptionally comfortable with really soft linen . Would really recommend this hotel and will definitely return .

My family and I visited The Lairds House tonight where we were greeted with a very warm welcome. We ordered some scampi and The Lairds burger, I can honestly say that the food was amazing as was the service and unrivalled hospitality. Don’t just take my word for it, give them a visit as I know you won’t be disappointed👍🏻

Really friendly staff and a lovely place. The rooms are spacious and luxurious. The bar and restaurant are cosy and welcoming. The staff were so welcoming and helpful that it was a real pleasure to be here. A thoroughly excellent stay and I'd highly recommend this place - I'm sure I'll be back.
