We chose to stay due to location. Staff was friendly enough. Elevator wasn't working and we were on 2nd floor. The hallways were not very clean-you could tell they were not vacuumed all the way to the wall, behind the doors, etc in quite some time. Our room was fairly clean-but again behind and under things not cleaned well. The furniture had a lot of wear and tear (drawers/doors wouldn't close due to damage). The room was a nice size and had been updated as far as flooring paint and decor. Internet worked well. Hot tub jets were very low pressure.

The help was nice and friendly but the rooms were not up to the standards I've seen at other country inns. We were put in a handcap room even tho we didnt need it so the bathroom lacked counter space. The elevator was also out of order. Noise from other rooms was annoying along with people stomping down the stairs. I've attached pictues of the towels. The comforter was also very old and worn.

I've stayed at Country Inn & Suites in several states, but this is one I won't be staying in again. My first impression was that the front desk staff was rude and dismissive. No friendly greeting. There was a big sign about the elevator being out of order - not an issue for me, but I know it was for others. I was given a handicapped room, which I hadn't requested, and the holder in the bathroom for the showerhead was partially broken, so couldn't be moved. The room was clean enough - small things, but the worst was the staff. We came back to the motel about 10:00 p.m., and staff was washing the floor in the lobby. She didn't greet us - just gave us a dirty look for having interrupted her cleaning. Just not pleasant at all. No excuse for rudeness.

This hotel was terrible. It was dirty and the staff was either rude or unavailable. I will never stay here again. neither should anyone else. The elevator was not working during our whole stay and had been down for two weeks. The front desk said that we should have asked if they had a working elevator when we booked the hotel. The hotel was so dirty and disgusting I took pictures of it so that I would have proof. it was auful

Poor condition, dirty
At check in the woman had been eating food, licked her fingers and used one hand to do everything else to check us in. Once in the room it was noted that huge scratches were made from moving furniture, rips in the curtains, large stain in the chair, pleather covering was ripped on the chair
In the bathroom hair was on the floor and cut fingernails. I used a towel to clean it up, and the towel became black/red with whatever was all over the floor. I asked to move rooms and brought her the towel. No appology was given and she said she would try as they were full. She did. Next room was in similar condition. I didnt have time to check bathroom floor as we had some other guests joining us.

Probably not again
The elevator was not working and we were on the 3rd floor. My wife had been ill and it’s difficult for her to walk up the stairs. Also, no ice or vending machines on the upper floors

First impressions: made to feel as though I was a bother and had interrupted her conversation with someone in the back room.
This is the second Country Inn booking for me in the last month. Both have been disappointing.
