"Friendly staff free parking a bonus and clean room. Only downside was to be the the double bed. Big ridge down the middle possibly 2 single beds together. But otherwise a comfortable bed. Tea and coffee in the room."

"I enjoyed my stay :). The room was clean, the beds were very comfortable and the room temperature was cozy after putting on the air conditioner. Check in was prompt. The breakfast was very good 👍.
I would have given 5 stars for amenities but the swimming pool and sauna closes early on weekends (7pm) and the tea and coffee selection in the room was very basic."

"Love staying in this hotel when visiting Birmingham.
Friendly staff, clean rooms, clean hotel in general.
One disappointment was when I came down around 06:30 down to the lobby to ask for milk sachets, there wasn’t anyone present , I waited for some time, however nobody attended to me. So for this I graded the hotell 4 smiles instead of 5"

"The room itself has a microwave, cutlery/plates, fridge which is perfect! I sometimes prefer a takeaway in a hotel and keep some milk/fruit in the fridge for the morning. So it's nice that you can actually eat the takeaway with the right utensils and not risk leaving milk at room temperature all night.Loved the decor and idea of a communal kitchen to.Would definitely stay again if visiting the area."
