The hotel needs to swipe the card to get in and out at night, it's very safe, but there is no air conditioning in this room, it's very hot
The front desk of the hotel is very good. I changed to a smaller but air-conditioned room at the back, which is still very good

I will now always stay at the Hyatt when needing a room at Heathrow. It’s warm, comfortable, modern and feels a higher standard finish than the Sofitel T5 that I used to stay at. Definitely worth paying extra for a room with a view of the runway! Kind, helpful and courteous staff. Parking was convenient. An excellent stay. Thank you
