The rate will be calculated using tbe previous month's bill, the allowance will be deducted, and the guest is responsible for the remainder.We do include an electricity allowance that covers normal use of lights, fans, kitchen appliances, and even a little AC. We are an island off the coast of Honduras. We have frequent electric, internet, and cable outages. It's part of the charm of Roatan.
