Beach Club. Excellent service, very friendly staff. The best thing about the place is the variety of cocktails made by Bartender Ismael, his service is spectacular, I ordered a caipirinha and it reminded me so much of Cuba, truly spectacular.

I cannot say enough good things about Le Soleil d’Or! My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and loved every second of our stay. We stayed in Cherry Lime for 1 night and the Coast House for the remaining 5 days. Both were absolutely beautiful (see pictures attached). The view of the ocean from the wrap-around deck in Cherry Lime was lovely. Then we moved to the Coast House, which is right on the beach and has a private pool - the view is even better! The view of the stars at night is also so beautiful. The hotel is quiet and gave us a private & relaxing honeymoon. The farm-to-table restaurant was EXCELLENT! I am still thinking about the mushroom risotto and the lamb shank! We went to the Beach Club for lunch most days and the food and cocktails were great. Our favorite cocktails were the Basil Splash & berry frozen punch. One of the bartenders, Ishmael, also makes a delicious Cuban Sangria. I highly recommend the farm tour! It’s so impressive to see how much they are able to grow on top of the Bluff. Don’t skip the tour! The last thing I will mention is the wonderful staff! They decorated our bed with a beautiful, hand-made “happy honeymoon” sign & handled everything we needed with such ease. The hotel provides transportation to and from the Beach Club, which is so convenient. The kitchen of the Manor House (where Cherry Lime is located) and of the Coast House was well stocked with everything we needed. The weather was perfect. The pools and beaches were beautiful. The service was top-notch. We CANNOT WAIT to come back!

We stayed at La Soleil D’Or in the Coast House during a 4 day trip to Cayman Brac. This is genuinely a “get away from it all” location, quite a contrast from the much busier Grand Cayman. The hotel was really great ! From the initial airport pick-up by Anush, the team were helpful, flexible and attentive. The Coast House itself is a substantial room with its own garden, pool, and right on the sea front. The location is perfect. The room has kitchen and living room facilities, it was clean, beds comfortable with nice quality sheets, and the bathrooms of a high standard. The wifi worked well too. The dinner menu and breakfast options were great. A couple of miles down the road is the Beach House, which has its own pool and restaurant facilities, which we enjoyed on a stunning, sunny day. We had a great visit to Le Soleil D’Or, and would have no hesitation recommending it for visitors to Cayman Brac.

My significant other and I enjoyed our stay at Le Soleil D'Or so much, we are already looking at dates to come back. We stayed in the oceanfront Coast House which was beyond our expectations. The kitchen was fully stocked with any tool you would need but if you should happen to need anything else, Amar and Anush were on the ready to help. Anush made it very simple to communicate via Whatsapp and was quick to respond. Our accommodations included a private pool, a very comfortable king-sized bed, washer/dryer, fold-out couch, an enormous bathroom with a walk-in shower and a standalone tub. It could not have been more relaxing. We were diving nearly every day and it was such a treat to unwind by the pool in the afternoon. It has an amazing view of the water/coastline. Just note that while there is no beach on this property, just a short drive down the road, they have a Beach Club with a gorgeous beach, pool, restaurant and bar. The included thatch umbrellas and beach chairs were such a bonus. Our stay included breakfast at their farm-to-table restaurant, The Farm, which was delicious and quick every day before diving. I especially loved the freshly squeezed juices, the homemade bread, the veggies and eggs from the farm. The staff was attentive, personable and kind. We found that to be the same at the Beach Club. We tried multiple restaurants while on island, but somewhat regretted it when we did. The Farm's meals were top-notch(coming from a true world-traveling foodie...) and we really enjoyed the wine selection and the make-your-own pizza night. Our included tour of the farm on the bluff was wonderful. No wonder the food is so incredible...it couldn't be more fresh. You can tell that each staff member is truly invested in the success of this place. They go the extra mile with everything(side note: when I forgot my charger in the room, Anush brought it to me at the airport!). I will be returning to Le Soleil D'Or and wholeheartedly recommend this farm stay.

Cayman Brac is very relaxing, peaceful and amazing island. The LeSoleil d’Or is top notch as the grounds are beautiful. The property has 9 rooms total. We stayed in the Star Apple room (1st floor) at the Manor House - a very spacious room. The house has common kitchen & living area which make it a great spot for multiple friends/family to vacation together. Staff - AMAZING, AMAZING, AMAZING. From the moment we arrived until our departure where we were treated so well. As other reviews mentioned, Amar, the hotel manager, ensures you have everything you need for a wonderful vacation. The team (Sumeera, Sudan, & others) are so personable and friendly. A-Team! The food is great - farm to table.. how can it not be? Beach Club: Although, 3 miles from hotel, a great place to relax & unwind. The only recommendation: Rent a car so you can explore. Since it is a small island, “catching a taxi” not really an option. Thankfully, Amar hooked us up the next day!

I cannot praise this property enough! The resort was beautiful with amazing views of the ocean, and it boasts very convenience and amenities from a waterfront beach club to tennis and basketball courts to a full service farm-to-table restaurant that sources its food from its own farm. From the Mediterranean style architecture and lush gardens to the beautiful decor of its manor houses, Le Soleil d’Or is a five star resort. The service was outstanding, and Amar, the property manager, was so polite and solicitous. He worked with us for an early checkin and late departure given that it was the off season. We came to Cayman Brac on a 26th wedding anniversary trip, and we couldn’t be more happy with the incredible experience. My husband and I have stayed at many resorts, and Le Soleil raises to the very top. We sat out on our own balcony and watched the sunrises and sunsets over the ocean as we sipped our beverages. We plan to come back on our next anniversary. Canyon Brac is a place that you can truly relax and unwind— far from the hectic tourist trips of Grand Cayman. The sister island is a short 20-40 minute hop from Grand Cayman. The people are so friendly and welcoming, I recommend staying here for the better part of your stay on the Cayman Islands.
