I received the most exceptional service from the staff and Scott. They made my stay extremely pleasant from recuperating from my surgery. There communication with there tenants is prompt. The room was extremely clean and made you feel as if you were in your home. Will go back again.

We love staying at the AKA West Hollywood!!! Scott and his team always treat us amazing!!! The rooms are clean and big--we love the pool area, the workout room and the theatre!!! Always coffee made every morning to enjoy!!! great views from the rooms and the AKA is located close to everything!!!!

Scott and the team outdid themselves! Wonderful place to stay The area is amazing and the living space is so generous!!! Wish we could stay longer - always our go to when we come to LA Great way to spend my birthday!! Pool area and workout room is fantastic as well and they have a theatre !

The space is convenient and the location is good but the service is not great. My room had a strong, toxic sewage smell, and on the last day, it became completely unlivable, forcing me to change rooms. This was a major inconvenience, and the team did not seem adequately trained to handle the situation. It felt like this was a problem that I have deal with. Their lack of support made the transition far more stressful than it needed to be, which was disappointing. Additionally, the dryer in the apartment did not work properly. I spent half a day trying to dry my clothes, only for two of my shirts to be ruined in the process. This was extremely frustrating and added to an already negative experience.

Everything about this hotel was beyond what was expected, the accommodations are beautiful and the staff is amazingly nice and helpful. We will surely return on our next visit and make it our home away from home in Los Angeles. We have family who have permanently moved to LA so we need to see them often! Thank you AKA. S.S. NYC

Booked last minute for one week. Pretty average price for an LA hotel room, but you get so much more. Perfect location. Breathtaking views from the apartment Loved the apartment. Immaculately clean and well-appointed. Full kitchen, washer/dryer included. Looking forward to staying at other AKA properties.

Location is excellent. Size of the room great. Negative not clean and the cleaning service is not really good. Smell of smoke from the restaurant down stairs if the window is opened. Room at sunset street are very noisy. And lastly there was allot of work in the morning in the hotel.

We loved the concept. Fitness, cinema, pool and parking with a nice furnitured appartement all in one. Friendly staff and nice smelling in the whole complex. Aka is perfect situated in the heart of West Hollywood near nice restaurants and shops.

I was able to stay at the AKA the week of the 2024 Emmy's in LA. This was the 4th time I have stayed at an AKA and the Second at this particular hotel. I will say this stay exceeded every expectation I had, and the other trips were GREAT. They impressed me all around and I really enjoy staying there. My job brings me back that way often and I will stay at the AKA every time I am able. They really care about the experience you have, the attention to detail is unmatched, and they put 110% into even the smallest tasks. Directly I want to point out the staff I had interaction with which was Esther, Makeda, Amanda, Nick, Adrian, Nayara, and Albert. They were all so personable and dedicated. Scott in sales was amazing to with helping me set up my client's rooms and taking care of last-minute changes. They truly made the experience a positive all around. I cannot wait to get back there.
