This hotel has a great location. Once upon a time, it was THE place to stay in West Hollywood, particularly around Pride and other festivals. Nowadays, the hotel needs repair. It's clear they are cutting corners. Imagine light-blocking curtains that break, so they just rip them out and leave the room without them. Imagine fluorescent lights in the bathroom that need the ballast replaced so they can turn on properly again - but instead the hotel just leaves them as is and they struggle to put out a slight glow. Imagine contacting them to please set up the sofa bed because the two people staying in the room aren't a couple, and the hotel not only neglects to set up the sofa bed, they refuse to set it up other than to throw a bunch of sheets into your arms after you complain. That said, the location is very convenient if you need to be exactly in that part of town.

The main curtain doesnt even close properly so your window is exposed.

I would never go back. the entire place needs a complete remodel. looks like it has never been updated or even taken care of since it was built decades ago. broken light fixtures, warped floors, cracked tile, clogged bathtub, not clean, etc, etc, etc. one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in, to be honest. I am fine with 3 star hotels but there is nothing keeping a business from being an amazing 3 star. this location is a terrible 3 star.
