We stayed as a group of four in two rooms. The hotel is still new, the staff and security were very friendly and helpful. The location is close to Central Park Mall and perfect for a short transit from the airport.

The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. The bed was especially cozy, and I appreciated the blackout curtains for a great night’s sleep. The view from my window was also a lovely surprise!

I had wonderful stay in this hotel, new hotel in jakarta. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with everything i needed for visiting in this city. The bed was cozy. We should download betterwood app for request service in the room its so very easy. Highly recommend this this hotel for anyone looking comfort and convenience.

The hotel has self service laundry facilities including washing and drier machine. Simple things but really useful for business traveler. Staffs are well trained and the product is good.
