New comfortable hotel near JEC hospital. Room big and clean. Nice view from window. Breakfast also perfect. Very recommend if you go to that area of Jakarta

It's a good residence, clean and luxury, a big supermarket near the hotel and free parking. But the biggest problem is the water is very cold and difficult for shower.

This was my 3rd visit and I stayed for 5 nights in an Executive Twin Room. Veranda has always been my home away from home. Staff are super helpful and friendly 😀 (from the front door, reception, house keeping and security at basement), room is spacious and clean, convenient location. Keep up the great service !! 👍👍👍

Great, little hotel. All the staff are lovely.
Hotel is the lower five floors of a 30 storey apartment complex, with 1 lift reserved for floors 1-5, with driveway roundabout entrance, reception and restaurant on the ground floor. Immediately mext door to this building (front gate, turn right, walk 100m) is a comprehensive international supermarket, and restaurant.
Our good sized two bedroom apartment had a kitchen with microwave, mini fridge, kettle and kitchen sink. Good sized bathroom. Daily housekeeping was excellent, as were the reception staff.
Daily breakfast buffet was delicious, with plenty of choices of Asian hot food, fresh fruit, toast, cereal, juice, tea and coffee. Breakfast staff were very hospitable.
Next time in Jakarta this place will be at top our list.

Room is clean. Good services. Staff are friendly. But towels need to ensure are clean or without stain. Gym is clean and has good equipment. Has water filter too.

Limited breakfast buffet options, food is quite salty. Housekeeping might miss out to top up the toiletries. Room 0521 air condition was leaking but managed to change room. Other than that, the location is quite good as it is walking distance (2min) to supermarket, restaurants and starbucks.
