Veranda Serviced Residence Puri

Stayed here for one night for the purpose of creating a video content. Located in Puri Indah area which is a nice neighborhood in West Jakarta. Specifically booked the deluxe room because it has this long table in front of the window, which offers great natural lighting. The room was clean and spacious for one, with standard amenities. Walls were thin and not well sound proofed because I could hear the other guests from left and right. Pool area was nice and breezy. Did not try the breakfast service. Gym looking neat from the outside. The small ‘library’ was locked -inside the meeting room and was not available at the time. Staffs were friendly, especially when there was trouble with the elevator. Overall a nice stay and feels like an oasis in the middle of West Jakarta.

Very well maintained hotel in a great location. The rooms and common areas were clean and comfortable, and everything felt well looked after. The staff provided good service and were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, a pleasant and convenient place to stay. I would happily come back again.

Always my preference whenever I come to Jakarta. Just the kinda place I wanna stay when I go on a business trip

Not too bad. Didn't really get a chance to explore the hotel but i do remember the hotel cafe serving rather blend / dry / boring food as breakfast... can look into improving the menu or doing a food test internally. Will definitely recommend the hotel to friends.

Choose Veranda cause near to my office. Arrived at 2.45 pm and room still not ready. Have to wait for 25 mins at the lobby to check in. Room TV not working though technician came 2 times. Give up.

Good value for money if looking for an option to stay in West of Jakarta. Breakfast is disappointing, but overall it’s a good stay.

Very nice service

The room is spacious, clean and quiet. Will definitely return for my future trip
