The rooms are clean and tidy, the staff are very enthusiastic, and the fitness facilities are complete, including a swimming pool. This is the best hotel in downtown Jakarta, and booking early offers excellent value for money. Highly recommended!

We had a truly wonderful stay at the hotel. Everything was amazing and exceeded our expectations.
The food and menu are suitable for everyone, including children, with a great variety that caters to all tastes and cultures.
The level of cleanliness, kindness, and respect is beyond 10/10. The entire team is very friendly, helpful, and professional.
Special thanks to DINA ,GILANG ,ARMAN, ARDITA , ENJEL, NISA ,FITTO, FAJRIN , for their excellent service.
Their kindness and genuine care towards children are truly appreciated.
The swimming pool was very clean, and the seating area next to the kids’ pool is very comfortable for parents.
The room was exactly as shown in the photos, and the special decoration in the children’s room made our stay even more special.
Overall, it was a beautiful and memorable experience. Highly recommended!

The facilities are complete, the gym is very large and well-equipped, and the breakfast is abundant with both Chinese and Western options. There's a coffee shop and light meals on the first floor, and a spa on the eighth floor. There are many Chinese restaurant choices nearby.

Value of money and super clean hotel. Staff was so cooperative and breakfast has so many options. King bed is really big with city view. Overalll very happy for my stay here

The hotel is located in the old town, which made getting around quite inconvenient. The surrounding area felt very old, and the nearby Chinatown was also a bit run-down. On the positive side, the hotel facilities were relatively new, breakfast was plentiful, and the service was good.

The location is fine. Close to the historical square of Batavia.
A bit far from central and south Jakarta. The staff at the front desk are all great with nice service. Will choose this hotel again next time.
