Me and my family booked 1 room for check-in on Jan 18, 2020 thru Agoda, and I got confirmation. But when I arrived to the hotel, I've been told that the hotel is under construction and close since Jan 14 - 18, 2020. They will open again in Jan 19, 2020. We complained to Agoda, and Agoda was very helpful to contact the hotel. However, the hotel could not be reached because all phone and system were down due to construction, so Agoda offered us to moved to other hotel. I really admire the hotel staffs whose came to me and apologize and offer their help to prepare room for us. However, because the hotel was under construction and only us who will stay there, I decide to look for another hotel. Just a friendly reminder to MyHotel's Management : when your property was under construction and could not accept guest, please don't sell your room. You have to understand that not all of your customers are coming from same city as yours. Like us, they could come from other city or even other country. It's so lucky we come at evening time, so we have time to look for other hotel. If we were coming late evening, then I am very sure I will screaming to your Management. Please treated your customer properly and better way.

HHarryBeen our preferred hotel whenever we visited Jakarta. The location is perfect for us although it might not be for everyone. There are tons of nice eateries within walking distance. The staffs are awesome, everyone is kind, helpful and attentive, thumbs up! Their treatment to us is a big factor in our decision entrusting this hotel to give us a comfortable, relaxing nights. The breakfast is awesome! It's more of Indonesian breakfast and contrary to many other hotels at this price point, their breakfast are delicious! Among the few which i rated to be an actual taste of Indonesian food.

GGuest UserThe room exceeded my expectations — great value, beautiful decor & interior, cosy furniture and overall safe and lovely stay. Some caveats for this stay was the location — realised that it was not a very prime location and can be a little inaccessible. Vehicle recommended to get to the lobby, and even through ride-sharing / booking apps such as Grab, three to four drivers have cancelled on me due to the difficulty in accessing location. Near several landmarks & malls on the map but the winding road / highway (it is an elevated spot) may make a five minute walk into a 15-minute journey. Great place for those with access to transport or for those who plan to relax in the room all day.

GGuest UserGood hotel with good location, pretty clean & comfortable. Good services, all the staff doing their job pretty good, very nice and warm. As for me who stay here about 10days, the food is good but sometimes there is some food that are too bland for my taste buds, also for the glass cleanliness, sometimes a little bit lacking, but overall it's good. Would definetely recommend this hotel to everybody. Thank you santika♡

BBagoesshWhat i loved from the mangga besar neighbor was a lots of food during the night and theres always excitements there. So, Delua hotel locates in the heart of mangga besar street. Its close to everywhere. Close to indomaret, yoshinoya. And during the night, theres alot food choice just right in front of the hotel. Its also close to commuter line train station. When i got in, the receptionist welcomed me warmly. Theres a parking lot underneath the hotel but its not much space but still okay. I checked in and i got room i ordered before. I made a request for my room, just run a test for on duty receptionist officer and how SOP of management hotel response to my request. So far it was good. I requested for upper floor, non smoking room and late check out. And they recallin my request before they handed me a key. So far so good. Also actually quite a good deal for me. Worth to spent 300k there. The wood carved details are awesome and i guess the interior designer have worked well. I love everyaet details in this hotel. I went to my room and its nice. Theres a electric cattle complete with coffee and tea and condiments. The flipflop is great, so firm. The bathroom is really good too. But i dont really like the bed. It was thick but i feel not to comfortable with the foam mattress. Its not bounchy. Maybe thats only the minus for me. Overall it was great. I will comeback soon. Plus point: theres a pathway for disabled person. So its very goood

SstickyriceHotel is in good location but beware after late night you won't see any shops open even the convenience shop closes by 10 -10.30 pm at night . There are street food shops outside but quality is not that good . Hotel has in premises restaurant which closes by 11 at night . They do serve alcoholic drinks. Bar is available in the hotel. Security is there in the hotel but not the best they don't screen everyone while entering the lift . Eventhough room was clean observed there are small roaches in the toilet . They do have smoking and non smoking rooms with air con. Safety lockers are available and they work properly . Hot water and bathroom flush worked properly. Tried Nasi goreng with telur in their restaraunt and it was damn good but payment is only via cash . Try to have indonesian rupiah in hand for payments.

. location in glodok, Chinatown, 1km close to Kota tua. Interesting if you are an explorer and want to walk around a bit, understand the most humble of local life, and only go back to hotel to sleep. You can easily find indomaret, maxim the grocer and breakfast place on the gloria alley. for dinner, pancoran food lane will work.

.despite strategic location, everything closes early like afternoon or 6pm. if you want to enjoyor night life, go to kota tua or book hotel there instead
. super smelly towels, like they only wash their towels with water but no detergent
. only the most basic amenities are provided. no hairdryer, water kettle, tea coffee, spoon, fridge. There were only 2 water bottles, 2 toothbrush, 2 toothpaste, 2 towels (no face towels), 2 glass cups, 1 pair of slippers that dont work
. they give us 2 cards but only 1 will work, you have to decide which one...
