"Overall it's very good, the transportation and location are very convenient to New York! We stayed for seven nights. One night, the drainage in the bathroom suddenly blocked. After taking a shower, water flooded the entire room. We called hotel staff. It turned out that the drain hole was blocked by the hair of the tenant who had not known how many nights. But the problem It was quickly resolved by the housekeeping staff. Although the housekeeping staff used our bath towels to wipe the floor... overall I highly recommend this hotel!"

"The hotel was really nice. Unfortunately a wedding was going on at the same time we were staying there, so it was noisy and chaotic at times. But the room had a great view and the service was excellent. I really wish parking was included however, especially if you stayed like 2 or more days perhaps."

"Booked this for 3 weeks for my girlfriend. I stayed sometimes as well. Most of the front desk staff are fantastic except for the older short asian lady with glasses. Bad temperament and service but I guess that’s her demeanor. Also, housekeeping staff never knocked on our door -most don’t speak a word of English. Ofherwise, fantastic stay. Has gym, netflix, price is affordable ($200 a night for suite). My goto in North Bergen!"

"My sister helped me to check in earlier in the afternoon because we arrived at JFK 10pm on that day and we don't know why our rooms were put as stay over, thus the cleaners don't provide bed tidying nor changing bedsheets until we inquired. Though we stayed 7 nights we were only provided drinking bottle water on the first day and the hotel is charging USD3.75 per small bottle of drinking water. The hotel is strategically located, easy access to restaurants and the bus stops is just beside the hotel. The receptionist Ms Shantel was very nice and service commendable when we reached hotel 230am. We met her again the day we left and the hotel should have more staff as friendly as Ms Shantel."

"The hotel is very good. I will stay here again when I go to New York. The supporting facilities are complete. The service attitude of the staff is considerate. The breakfast is very rich. The food quality is good. The transportation is convenient and the environment is elegant."

"Great hotel and facilities, good and comfortable beds, you have the bus stop around the corner to go to Manhattan, it takes about 30-40 minutes depending on the traffic which is usually quite heavy in the Lincoln tunnel."

"If you go to the exhibition and take a taxi, you have to go up to 40 knives. It seems that you will have to go through a tunnel for an extra 20 knives."
