I loved using the Wilshire for my wedding hotel block. We had a lovely welcome dinner for our out of town guests which was so not only convenient, but also lovely. Food was a buffet, we had a bar with beer and wine, and the lighting/atmosphere was beautiful. Not everything was perfect (things happen) but the customer service went above and beyond. They made sure to correct their errors, give refunds where appropriate and were so kind and made me feel much better. The lobby was also great for larger groups to gather and enjoy some extra time before and after the wedding events. I would definitely recommend them!!

Rooms were clean, services were good

I booked the bridal suite for my wedding with the intention to use the jetted tub to relax the night before, but I did not receive this room. Instead, I was given two adjoining rooms for some reason. Julianna, who had set up my room block, never responded to any requests for contact from the staff or from me. It's been over a week and I still haven't heard from her. Fortunately, I was refunded for one of the nights, but no one ever actually informed me of this (I found out through an automated email). This was a big headache to deal with the night before my wedding! For positives, the rooms themselves were great - clean and spacious. The courtyard was a lovely space to meet with a few of our other guests and I appreciated that we could bring our own food and beverages. All of the front desk employees we interacted with were very nice and helpful.
