Had a good time, most American hotels are not a high quality compared to the European and middle eastern hotels where we spend most our time. However the service was pretty good, even if none of the employees had a degree in hospitality like most EU hotel staff has. Great value for money and friendly staff.

Excellent front desk staff and Gabe helped us with our luggage. Easy access from parking and handicap parking was very adequate. Close proximity to the airport which made easier for us to get to the hotel. Clean room good size. Would recommend this Marriott to everyone.

The hotel was clean and accommodating. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. In particular Gabe was very helpful in terms of helping me locate and retrieve my red jacket which I had lost. Thank you Gabe! I thought for sure it was gone. I am grateful. In addition the meeting room in the restaurant accommodated our meeting event well. .

I don’t always look forward to a standard business hotel but the west Palm beach Marriott is fit for purpose. It’s clean , spacious and has loads of amenities - even a view of water if you are in a room with an even number. Best of all you receive the best welcome from Princess who has a huge smile and is totally welcoming and efficient. Thank you Princess.

I work in corporate aviation so being in a hotel is the name of the game, The West Palm Beach is home away from home. The team is exceptional and very accommodating. Everyone who works there will say hello when they walk by. Bill who works at the front desk is very efficient and understands what it takes to make each guest feel special. I had an amazing encounter with Kabnal from housekeeping, Somehow I got my room number incorrect. He noticed me in the hallway, and immediately went into action. He took my name, checked his iPad and called the front desk to figure which room I was assigned. He escorted me to the room so I wouldn’t have to walk back to the front desk with my luggage. Now that is SERVICE! The hotel is also conveniently located and there is ample parking. The restaurant food is decent and moderately priced.

We stayed one night in February, with two adults and two teenagers. The front desk staff were extremely helpful, nice and even upgraded us to a newly renovated room on the top floor (Marriott Bonvoy member), which doesn't happen very often anymore! We chose the hotel for its proximity to the airport and although the shuttle was fully booked for the morning (we had some flight troubles so drove from Miami to West Palm for an early morning flight), we were easily able to order an Uber for a 4:00am pickup. I would definitely stay again. We were able to have a glass of wine on the outside courtyard, which was decorated tastefully and comfortably. Once the mosquitos arrived, we were comfortable in the lobby. The restaurant onsite is good too.

The staff was very helpful. We originally booked for one night but our flight was delayed and we had to stay over , even though they said they were fully booked, they found üs a room and gave üs a complimentary breakfast because the concieger lounge was closed on the weekend. The room was beautiful.

Gabriel and Donte really helped us from the start to finish. Literally two of the most friendly staff members I’ve met since my travels in Florida. Checked us in early and gave us a tour! He even knew about Detroit! Felt like I was dealing with family! Much love and respect!
