Overall the hotel is very nice and calm, with clean and spacious room. However I think the service could really be improved, it happened several time that asking information or food or any service to one of the staff they seem to not understand or lack knowledge for basic thing lime checkout time or else. Mainly I think the issue is because all the staff are dressed the same but they have different role so you cannot differentiate the receptionist from the waiter which makes complicated situations and miscommunication all the time. Also the breakfast was not so good, mainly because lacking basic ingredients like fruits. Overall I would still recommend it but just encourage owner to improve staff training

This place was great. I wish I could of stayed longer but I was just passing through. The staff was so sweet. Rooms were great. Beds were very comfortable. Very clean. Good breakfast. Nice location with a beach near by. Refrigerator in the rooms. Nice to have a full length mirror. Outdoor shower was great with nice healthy plant decor. I will definitely stay here longer on my next trip to Lombok.

Please bring your own toothpaste and toothbrush. The food is good and the service is very friendly. However, it is too far from the airport and there is no place to go. Even if you take the car there, it will be really scary at night.

Die Bruga Villas haben mich in jeder Hinsicht begeistert! Mein Deluxe Zimmer mit Kingsize-Bett war geräumig, komfortabel und stilvoll eingerichtet. Besonders beeindruckt hat mich der hervorragende Spa-Bereich, in dem man sich vollkommen entspannen kann. Das Personal ist unglaublich freundlich und geht auf jeden Wunsch ein. Das Frühstück war frisch und lecker – die perfekte Stärkung für einen erlebnisreichen Tag. Die Lage ist ebenfalls top, ruhig und doch nicht weit von den wichtigsten Spots entfernt. Ein echter Geheimtipp für alle, die Erholung und Komfort suchen!

This is a return visit, we love coming to Bruga Villas Selong BELANAK, Lombok Our beautiful hosts Geoff and Tri are always welcoming and friendly. We stayed in a beautiful room with a traditional bathroom/shower. Great air containing and high speed reliable wifi. The beautiful staff at reception Tari and Ogi are professional and exceptional in accommodating and assisting with every requests. The Surf Kitchen has the most delicious breakfast, lunch and dinner. Happy hour is always fun, with a range of sports available to watch and an electric soundtrack to cover all music tastes. We were lucky enough to visit a beautiful waterfall, local walks exploring the best of Lombok, delicious lunch in Kutamandalika. A short walk to the amazing beach for a surfing lesson for those who are keen. A great place to stay with friends, soo many great memories and adventures. We will definitely be back ❤️☀️☀️😊

The management and staff made our stay very special. Bruga Villas is rated 4 star , our experience far exceeded our expectations and our group would rate our experience 7 stars. The breakfast was yummy, the outside shower had a tremendous shower head. Accommodation, food and drink was very good and reasonably priced. The staff even added extra chilli when I requested it. The pool was a very good temperature, not too hot. Excursions that were organised through the facility were excellent. Lovely beach at nearby Selong Belanak beach. We will be recommending this establishment to our friends and hope to be back. Rated 7 Star +++++++
