Overall the hotel is very nice and calm, with clean and spacious room. However I think the service could really be improved, it happened several time that asking information or food or any service to one of the staff they seem to not understand or lack knowledge for basic thing lime checkout time or else. Mainly I think the issue is because all the staff are dressed the same but they have different role so you cannot differentiate the receptionist from the waiter which makes complicated situations and miscommunication all the time. Also the breakfast was not so good, mainly because lacking basic ingredients like fruits. Overall I would still recommend it but just encourage owner to improve staff training

This place was great. I wish I could of stayed longer but I was just passing through. The staff was so sweet. Rooms were great. Beds were very comfortable. Very clean. Good breakfast. Nice location with a beach near by. Refrigerator in the rooms. Nice to have a full length mirror. Outdoor shower was great with nice healthy plant decor. I will definitely stay here longer on my next trip to Lombok.

Please bring your own toothpaste and toothbrush. The food is good and the service is very friendly. However, it is too far from the airport and there is no place to go. Even if you take the car there, it will be really scary at night.

Die Bruga Villas haben mich in jeder Hinsicht begeistert! Mein Deluxe Zimmer mit Kingsize-Bett war geräumig, komfortabel und stilvoll eingerichtet. Besonders beeindruckt hat mich der hervorragende Spa-Bereich, in dem man sich vollkommen entspannen kann. Das Personal ist unglaublich freundlich und geht auf jeden Wunsch ein. Das Frühstück war frisch und lecker – die perfekte Stärkung für einen erlebnisreichen Tag. Die Lage ist ebenfalls top, ruhig und doch nicht weit von den wichtigsten Spots entfernt. Ein echter Geheimtipp für alle, die Erholung und Komfort suchen!

The management and staff made our stay very special. Bruga Villas is rated 4 star , our experience far exceeded our expectations and our group would rate our experience 7 stars. The breakfast was yummy, the outside shower had a tremendous shower head. Accommodation, food and drink was very good and reasonably priced. The staff even added extra chilli when I requested it. The pool was a very good temperature, not too hot. Excursions that were organised through the facility were excellent. Lovely beach at nearby Selong Belanak beach. We will be recommending this establishment to our friends and hope to be back. Rated 7 Star +++++++

Jeff and Tri and the crew made my stay the most comfortable, fun and unforgettable travel experiences I have had. Hoping to stay for 2 weeks I actually ended up staying for 5 and enjoyed every minute. The rooms are so well designed with all mod cons, outdoor showers and the most comfortable beds. There is a spacec set up to work remotely, the wifi was excellent and the pool and services a real treat. The bar and food are great with loads of choice and guaranteed quality. The coffee is also great. I have plans to go back often and look forward to this very much. The staff are welcoming and always friendly and professional. Their English is good and they bend over backwards to help night and day. Couldn’t fault this place. Highly highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay at Bruga Villas. The place is new, clean, and comfortable, with spacious rooms and a lovely pool. The staff is friendly and very helpful, and the restaurant serves delicious food with a variety of options. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the stunning Selong Belanak Beach and a short drive to many other surf spots. We also enjoyed the spa services, which were relaxing and professional. The massage was especially soothing after a day of hiking. I highly recommend Bruga Villas to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday in Lombok.
